Never judge a book by its cover. They have a very impressive building but the food quality is on the very bottom side, No authenticity, no taste ..... I dont care what the building looks like as long the kitchen is clean and the customer service is off the hook, I m in. Their management (Lauren) is so not professional, all they want is the money in their pockets and then thats it, they dont care about repeat business. it took them a long time to take the order and when I placed the order they never brought my drinks and after 30 minutes they brought my food which was cold and than the drinks. I didnt even finish my food as it didnt taste good at all, hummus was like they just opened up a can and served it to me, I made a big mistake. First of all, I ordered something from the menu and than I did a little change in the menu thinking it would be the same price but they added $4 extra by saying it was a special order. I ordered a kafta plate which is $13.99 and it comes with 2 skews and than I asked for one skew be chicken (be replaced with beef skew). On the other side The chicken plate is also 13.99 (also 2 skews). just to have one each shouldnt change the price. its not they had to go and catch the running chicken and than cook. just to make a combination they are charging me $4 extra?? doesnt make any sense. $23 dollar bill with a drink for one person, that is ridiculous. I was in a rush so I just paid and left. called the next day and the manager couldnt do any thing and just kept on saying sorry. I just feel sorry for them they dont even hire professionals. Hiring low labor and very expensive or making ways to make expensive so the people can pay for their building, ridiculous. I just have to say I bought a very expensive SORRY. which I told her sorry will not solve the problem. Friends, If you really want to have good taste of Arabic food, you should definitely try Dimmassis. very authentic, everything fresh and very reasonable on top of that. Me and my wife go there every time and our bill is never over $25.00. as it is a buffet, the good thing about them is they care for their customers and maintain their food quality. It is your money to spend, just a suggestion to every body. I m a person if I want to eat food, I want to enjoy it. If you can enjoy something a lot better for a better price with a very good experience, go to Dimmassis. Thank you

A bit expensive for the food being served. Non-the-less, the abiance was nice and place was well decorated and clean. I went there on a Monday for lunch. Place was packed. The food was good but the reason I find it on the higher side is because Dimasis serves something similar at a competitive $10. (I guess its all overhead). This place had better dessert. (NOTE: their Baklava isnt part of the buffet, but it is amazing). If I go back or rather when I go back, its the Baklava Ill be buying. The best Ive tried in my life so far. They had three varieties on the day. It something you can enjoy (as a guilty pleasure), but also makes a nice give away, in case you have guests over, or are going as a guest to someones place. I must mention, I found their Kebabs a bit dry, and didnt enjoy their gyro, Zataar as much as the one at Dimasis. Easy to find a place to park. Self service (buffet), Staff were polite. They have outdoor Hookah. (Hookah and mind blowing Baklava, the perfect evening out with friends).

This is THE BEST Mediterranean food Ive found in dallas. The dolmas, falafel, and baba ghanoush are all the best Ive had in dallas. The hummus is underwhelming but, ok. I wish they had more vegetarian options but, what they do have are great(pizza/pies). They also have some delicious gelato in about a dozen flavors(all good to great). The new building is very nice and very large. The ceiling tiles/treatment would be really cool if all the fishing line were trimmed up and mb the height was uniform or intentionally, dramatically unlevel. As is, its kind of distracting. Actually, since Im being pedantic, the bars on 1/2 of the large globe chandeliers are not situated correctly and the gray walls leading to the patio need some touch up paint. I dont know why Im being so hard on them. I think its bc I legitimately love their food and want the place to be perfect. It deserves to be filled every night. I have never been for the buffet but, look forward to it.

Very sad to say that Afrah since moving into its new location has lost a lot of quality in food and service. Afrah used to be one of our favorite places to go. On a previous trip me and my husband sat down for 15 minutes and were not even acknowledged. We joked that we had become ghosts. Finally, when we were served, we could not believe our food tasted so much worse then at the old location. We hoped that this was a fluke, a bad day for Afrah. We returned recently, and once again the service was aweful. The sodas came out tasting very watered down, we informed the waitress and she didnt even ask what was wrong with the drink and made no effort to notify the manager the sodas were tasting bad. And once again, the food was not up to the quality we had known come to expect from Afrah. So, it pains me to say, but me and my husband have agreed that we will not be going to Afrah anymore and this used to be our favorite place...

I went here for the lunch today with a buddy and I will be honest with you - I was unprepared. Unprepared for the AWESOMENESS, that is! The food is really top quality and they keep it coming. No rotten stale pita break hockey pucks like they do at that nasty Marys Mediterranean in Frisco mind you - shame on Faidis! Week old felafal and cold cauliflower at Marys - but at Afrah - only the best for their customers. Afrah isnt lookig to gyp people and water down the quality - they serve the BEST you can get for the money. Cafe Greek used to be this good - like 10 years ago - but Afrah is TOPS now baby! If you arent Habibi and want to know what something is or how it is prepared - JUST ASK someone - theyll laugh and walk over and tell you exactly what something is, how it is made, if it has peanuts or whatever and really take car of their customers - they LIKE you eating with them. Try the gelato - it is really good.

What can be said about Afrahthat hasnt already been said. 10 years ago this place used to be the only Mediterranean spot in the area and was actually one of the best you could go to. But after the visit of guy fieri and triple D the quality has gone down a little in favor of speed. The typical business crowd comes for the lunch buffet but the quality has definitely gone down I would say is not one of the best options for your money in the area. The entrées at dinner time or more than satisfying but a tad bit pricier. Over the past year as they have look to expand their locations you can tell that they have started to increase their prices here to offset the cost of that growth. If youre looking for consistent quality of food for a reasonable price this would be the place to go. A year ago I would go here almost 2 times a week now I hardly find myself going there three times a month.
