I got a pasta salad and the chicken artichoke mustard panini. First, the chef and cashier werent super friendly so I didnt feel very welcomed. Second, the drink fountain counter didnt seem to be large enough for our tray which is really confusing. Anyway, the sandwich was very mediocre, there was way too much mustard to where I couldnt taste anything else, then when I bit into a bite without it, it was super bland, shows they cant really season their food well. The pasta salad was good though and their cookies are always yummy, but I heard they use a premade dough, must not be fresh then. They also were out of most cookies and the place wasnt super clean. Atmosphere was fine though. So overall $26.00 for 3 people to get a half sandwich, small salad, and a cookie is way overpriced, just come here for the salad and sweets and get it to go or try another location.

I really enjoyed my experience today! The guy who helped me is named Andrew and he was such a helpful, joyful person. The whole place was filled with smiling, happy workers who were joking around, yet still productively working. Andrew recommended his favorite salad to me, let me try a sauce they had, informed me of a BOGO cookie sale, and made sure I was well equipped with plastic ware before I left with my to-go salad. I ordered the Greek Salad with chicken, and it was absolutely superb. I wouldnt expect anything less from my favorite lunch spot! I left comment with corporate as well, and if youre satisfied you should do the same! This is a great place that deserves recognition.

2pm on a Saturday. Service was average. No one smiled. Food was average. Atmosphere would have been ok except the entire restaurant was filthy. We were seated and eating for 20 minutes before four tables near us were bussed. The guy didnt wipe off the tables or the seats. There was food and trash on the tables and on the floor under and around every table throughout. Disgusting! Never saw anyone making an attempt to clean up. Restroom not will kept either. There are many other dining options around this location. Next time well opt for somewhere clean and where the staff takes pride in their work and workplace.

I approached the cashier and asked if I could have some butter for our rolls and was told, "We are out of butter". I got back to my table and asked the busboy the same question and he promptly returned with some for everyone in my party. Upon leaving the restaurant I approached the cashier, who also happened to be the restaurant manager, and told her that I did not appreciate her lying to me because she was too lazy to go get butter for us. I also told her that I would have expected better service from a manager.

Why is it that half the times I come here they do not have any chocolate chip cookies??? You would think that a competent staff would be able to keep an adequate supply chain running for what is probably your premier product. When they tell me that chocolate chip cookies are in the oven and it will be a 30 minute wait, I cant help but contemplate what would be so difficult about making cookies before you run out, especially if they sell so frequently. Geez, get it together people!

Worst lunch i ever had !a bakery with no bread bread bowls. Told that my chicken sandwich was tuna when I have eaten it here twice before. Also the manager was extremely rude I didnt even get my other half of sandwich. I would never ever go here again . I will tell everyone I know including all my coworkers in the area that this place is terrible to top it all off the soup was cold save your money go buy a can of soup

I used to love this location, but it has gone way down hill. A few times they didnt give us the cookie that comes with it and acted annoyed when we asked for it. Last time we went they were out of every kind of bread and said they quit selling the gluten free bread. So neither me or my husband could order what we get normally. Also they close really early. The mall location is way better and it is in the mall!

The staff is very friendly, but we did have a challenge with a cashier coughing in front of us into her hand and then picking up a cookie to serve to us. We had to request her to put on a glove to give us a new cookie. I ordered the roast beef sandwich and the bread couldnt even hold the sandwich...it kept falling apart. I was with a group of six people and none of us were impressed

I ordered my food to go and it took an absurd amount of time. When I got my food my mac & cheese was cold and tasted like Kraft mac & cheese you can buy at the grocery store. And my sandwich was soggy and not warm. The food quality at this restaurant is considerably worse than many other Paradise bakerys. 0/10 would not recommend.

Food quality is much lower than other Paradise restaurants in the area. Negative attitude from staff: You can tell they dont want to be there, and its your fault for making them take your order. Low wait times are a plus, but for the price Id rather go to any of the other restaurants nearby.

I was excited to find a Paradise Deli in the area we recently moved to. However, I was hugely disappointed to find that they were closed at 9. I DID find a McAlisters not too far away that closed at 10. At least give the mall shoppers an opportunity to make it to you!!!

I like the service at this place, we were drinking coffee outside and they were about to close and an employee named Vanessa came and asked us if we needed anything or wanna use the restroom before we leave, its a nice gesture from people who care

They have no idea what they are doing. The first guy to help me did not speak English very well. When I asked for hot drunks he sent me to the cashier who was rude and said you might as well go back to the end of the line. I will not be back.

Failed catering order. I called ahead to get a sandwich tray for a party. I showed up and it wasnt ready. It took over 20 minutes to make 10 basic (straight off the menu) sandwiches and there were errors throughout. I will not be back.

We came here visiting from out of state and the cashier was nice but our food was very disappointing. The toast was just warm bread and the rest of our food was cold. Definitely wouldnt recommend.
