This is my second visit here. The first time I tried it, it was horrible but I waited a few months and gave it another shot. Well after todays visit, my family and I will not be back. As Im waiting for the lemonade to be refilled, the lady moving the bagels around hits the corner of the rack and a few dropped on the dirty floor. She put down the pan and picked up th bagels from the floor and placed them back on the pan. She then put the pan on a different rack with the rest of pastries. We sat down at the only semi-clean booth available. Which was dirty, sticky and had crumbs all over the table and seats. As we looked around, the carpet, the walls and the back of the bench was absolutely disgusting. There were ants on the table. We got our food and my sister in laws sandwich had a hair on top of the cheese. Then my mother in law got a salad and they completely forgot to add dressing. Dont get me wrong, those 2 are honest mistakes and it happens, but when they are on top of everything else, it was ridiculous.

RIP OFF! first time ever to Panera Bread; ordered a Mediterranean(sp) Chicken flatbread( or something with a similar name) got lots of bread, and 2 tiny slivers of what may have been chicken, but was so thin I couldnt tell--wont make the mistake of going there again-- so basically no meat was on the sandwich!! was my daughters 18th birthday and I was so busy talking to her, I didnt even bother getting back in line or complaining and taking it back---just ate what little bit was there and went to Chic Filet later

$6 for half a sandwich that is about the size of cigarette pack, with one slice tomato and a few small piece of cheese (Mediterranean sandwich). Anywhere else you will get much much more for your money. I also ordered Caesar salad the full size. I paid over $8 and the same deal again... small portion. I spent $14 and Im nit even full. Its not my first time eating in Panera bread, but its the first time at this location. I was very disappointed but since the food is fresh and tasty Il give it another try.

This place is nasty! Every table is filthy. Its 9:00am and how is it this dirty alread? Now the service is nice enough but the place is just dirty. Food and coffee on the walls and finger prints and smudges on the glass. Its just old filth that has been ignored for so long. Corporate needs to come in and give it a good scrubbing and maybe some new paint or something.

I did find a few ants crawling around...messy and far from clean. Would give five stars for food and service, but it was hard to find a table that didnt have food leftover by other customers. And it wasnt like it was busy and there were lots of people coming in and out, it was actually dead in there when we walked in. So i dont know why it wasnt clean. No excuse.

Love the place been there multiple time. Decide to leave a review that today 7/12 I visited the place for lunch. I ordered the Chipotle chicken avocado melt, and my sandwich was burnt! I brought it back and they made me a new one. Friendly staff and great food. The staff who work in the kitchen area need to pay more attention for not to burn the bread.

I love all of theirx foods! So delicious. Nice place to eat breakfast or brunch or a light lunch. They bring you your good after you order. Desserts to bagels to paninis, lots of variety. Price is good for food quality. They dont have itbon the menu but i got soymilk in my lattes. I love coming here all the time!

The tap and order is the best system and very efficient, I am always confused as the whole sandwich is over 700 calories but half is just not satisfying and very expensive . You pick 2 is a descent choice with a half sandwich and a soup. The kids soups with a yogurt works perfect for our kids

Coffee cream sour, tables dirty. Asked to change coffee cream, got another sour coffee cream. Asked manager, she just say give me another cup. No help. Asked to clean my table, she cleaned only half table. Bagle not fresh, feel like yesterdays. Very disappointed.

Ordered breakfast oatmeal for dine in, took 20 minutes to get my table! The reason they gave me: there were two orders of the same when only couple of customers in at the time! Horrible service! Horrible horrible and please dont waste time!

Poor service! The stuffs working here all look like dead zombie! no feelings and move sooo slow. Wait for a long time to get my bagel and I am the only ppl there. Also this place looks very dirty! Do some cleaning jeez!

You have to pay at the time of placing the order, or you cant phone in an order.... really Panera? Thanks for the inconvenience of having to wait at the store if I am paying cash. Come on, you can do better than that.

Very dirty and the service was terrible. Someone in management needs to shack things up. Tables have not been bused for what seemed to be several hours.We had to clear off a table & wipe down the chairs.

Have been to several other Paneras …but none of them is so dirty as this one…crumbs are everywhere…on floor and chairs…no one cleans up the table! Two stars are for friendly service from staffs.

Food good, if maybe a little overpriced. Nice to hang out in off-peak hours. Panera, please have someone keep on top of cleaning tables and vacuuming up crumbs etc from previous guests.

Decent Panera, went in the evening, got the creamy tomato soup in a bread bowl. Soup was great but the breadbowl was not as fresh as they usually are perhaps in the middle of the day.

Good food! Interior has always felt a little messy/sticky like most other restaurants like this. I have no idea why that carries between these style restaurants, but it does.

Had soup & sandwich. Sandwich was cold with deli chicken meat. Clam Chowder was so runny & thin, looked like water. Table server was rude. Too busy flirting with guys.
