I give the bakery section a three because I went there in search of my daughters first birthday cake & while placing the order the young lady that I spoke to was very nice & pleasant but the cake that I wanted they were out of the crown & septer, so when she asked her boss about them coming in-her boss told her that she had already received a shipment & they didnt get it in...I feel like her boss shouldve tried a little harder to try & see if she could do a rush order but she never even did that so I was gonna try & search for the items myself also I was told that it would only be $23 verses $43 because it was missing the two items....Long story short, when I went back to pick up my cake the morning of, it looked absolutely nothing like the picture, it was not cute at all and I was charged $43....I was very upset but I didnt have time to try & get another cake! On the bright side the cake was good & moist...Which is why I rate them a three instead of a two.

I gave the bakery section 2 stars because I ordered a cake for my husbands suprise going away party. I got there at 9:50am and my appt for pick up was 10am. The cake was not ready, and I told them its ok take your time. At 10am They gave me a rushed scribbled cake that looked like I could have made it myself. The cake was a 1/4 sheet that was suppose to be $25.99 and a additional $10.00 was charged for "custom decorating". I was very disappointed being that my husband is leaving for Iraq, and this is something special I was trying to do for him before he departs. I was too late to return the cake. Or order a new one somewhere else.

Amazing!!! I am currently deployed to an undisclosed location and just celebrated 14 years with my wife. I was tired of getting too little and paying too much for flowers to send to her from online. So I called my local Publix and asked if they could get some flowers together for me and I would have a friend pick them up and deliver them to her. I just want to say a huge thank you to Charlie and the Produce department as well as their amazing customer service! Not only did they do a good job the they gave me more then what I asked for and made it look beautiful.

I ordered my daughter a Moana cake that we loved! When we went to pick it up the lady was not friendly at all and I overlooked it but after getting home and actually looking at the cake it was just very low quality compared to the picture they have for the cake! I was even more disappointed that the cake didnt even taste good! It wasnt fresh at all and I feel like I wasted $35!

I love the cleanliness of the store; professional Customer Service is always given. I receive excellent care and concern when picking up my medicine. The bakery and deli selections are always fresh with great quality. This is an excellent place to shop.

Great store friendly people, but they should check their drink machines at the door more often. I bought a Starbucks coffee out of one and it was like spoiled milk, basically it was out of date. No harm, no foul Ill continue to shop here though.

Have been going to this location for a while now. Just had a pretty unpleasant experience with the bakery. An employee that looked to be an elder women with glasses had one of the worst attitudes Ive ever dealt with at this store!

Love this store. Friendly staff and check out is a breeze. Carts work the way they should only issue is the pricing tends to be higher but overall pricing is worth it for the friendliness.
