I wish there was a no star. I looked online at there menu and found a 3 chimichanga special. I sent my daughter to get me lunch. She ordered and they put 3 huge chimichangas in 3 boxes and charged her over $21. It was suppose to be $5.50 and I was expecting smaller chimichangas with a small drink. They told her they never had that special but it is clearly on the online menu. This is my second time getting food from here and my 2nd bad experience. The first time they were just rude. I dont generally give reviews unless someplace is awesome because I dont like to complain but this is ridiculous. They dont even try to fix the issue. (update we were able to give the food back and get a refund. That does make me feel better, but definitely getting lunch elsewhere.)

Tonight i came into los betos on 10th in Caldwell, I ordered the same thing I have always ordered, i did not receive what i ordered wasnt even close, when i called the store I spoke with Rafeal he said he was the manager, iwas told they would replace it if i brought it back, We are a 15 dollar taxi trip round trip, I stated i would come in sunday when i didnt have to take a cab to fix their mistake, he said no would have to be by tommorow or they wouldnt fix their mistake. He said there was no exception to the rule. so this store has lost a 5 to 6 times a week customer, this wasnt the first time they have made a mistake, but it is the worst.

This is my 2nd bad experience at this particular location. I tried this location again for a carnitas burrito with no Pico and I got a carnitas fatrito. After seeing this fat in my food that looked like the pictures below I hate this location and DONT RECCOMMEND IT TO ANYONE and if you do eat there check your food... This grossed me out so bad it made me and others around me nauseous and sick to our stomachs...

The best Mexican food Ive ever had!! If your going to try Los Betos, definitely go to this one. We have a few in Nampa. We went to the one across from Fred Meyer. It was terrible. The ground meat was burnt like they scrapped the bottom of an old pan. The salad was not near as good as this ones and there was no pico. In my opinion the one closest to me Will cause them to go under. This one is superior!!!

I love Los BetOS. You wont find a better value. Food is great and you spend very little for what you get. Unfortunately you make up for that in the service. The older female that works there is very unfriendly and quite honestly shouldnt deal with customers. Other employees are great. Very friendly and greet you with a smile all the time. Ill be back even if I do get grumpy service

Filthy store every time I go in, disgusting floors and flies everywhere. These employees obviously dont care about cleanliness or service. Very rude people! As if the abhorrent state of the store isnt bad enough, Ive gotten sick from their food twice. I will never go here again and I will tell everyone I know not to as well for their own health.

Absolutely horrible the chicken is dry. The tac9s are next to the beans. With made them soggy. The rice is hard. Theres food on the floor and the game machines sound like there about to stop working any minute. Im not high class by any means. But this place sucks. For $9.00. I got a plate of mush.

Los Betos gives me that taco truck feel, but with an actual restaurant. I really like their burritos and tacos. I havent tried their whole menu, but theres definitely some variety. The pricing is amazing though. I just wish their hours were twenty-four/seven again.

Quick friendly stop on the Boulevard in Cleveland. Hard to miss with a corner lot on 10th. Amazing food at a more than reasonable price. Friendly staff and quick service will always make it a memorable place to eat. Go here now!

Horrible! We have given this place so many chances, the food is gross. They dont wash the potatoes, the food is old and moldy. The taco shells are stored in the open a foot above the dirty ground. Definitely dont recommend

They gave me watered down horchata and messed up on my order giving me what looked like a breakfast burrito instead of the loco burrito. Ill probably still come here though because its good.

Have never had bad food here or at any Los Betos location. Slower than most fast food because they make it on the spot. Highly recommend the breakfast burritos (bring your appetite!)

Pretty good.. Homemade tortillas. I got the chili relenos plate. Thought it was one.. It came with three and they were not to bad. Also came with two huge homemade tortillas...

Stopped for lunch and place was very hot and dirty. I like Los Betos but wont go back to this one. Never saw anyone attempt to clean a table while I was there and it wasnt busy.
