I love Nothing Bundt cakes, I have ordered from stores all over the metroplex for the folks at work and as gifts, those stores-White Rock Lake store among others, had great customer service and were always very accommodating with any order I needed to place. The Allen bakery was not helpful at all, I couldnt order online for some reason, called, got someone on the phone who indicated they were short staffed and was pretty snitty about setting up a delivery order. As a new customer to the Allen bakery, I was extremely disappointed, I went to work and spoke with the gals at work, they had a similar experience with this bakery, just rude on the phone and not helpful, I literally told the woman on the phone to forget it. Will NOT be ordering from this store. Will use McKinney bakery instead.

We work down the street from Nothing Bundt Cakes at Hidden Creek Apts and Stacy was so sweet to bring the entire office staff samples of her cakes. She was so sweet and generous that I placed an order today for my belated birthday cake and when I went to go pick it up, everyone was so nice and professional. I am very happy with my order and the staff that took good care of. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to book their next event. Thanks to Stacy and her wonderful staff. Great Job. :)
