Worst Whataburger experience Ive ever had. Yesterday I came in, was greeted rudely and then in trying to order my usual order (Ive ordered at dozens of Whataburgers) they acted like I was speaking a foreign language. Finally got it but paid more than I have ever before. Thats fine. Today, I came in early. Saw people working but intentionally not acknowledging me for about 3 minutes. I was the only customer. I actually pulled out my phone and was going to call the place. Lol. Finally was greeted, placed my order and again rather rude. Bathroom was disgusting and it was 6AM! Ill spare the details out of decency. There was a homeless lady hanging out begging from all the patrons. I give plenty and who wants that when youre trying to eat? Then, an employee had her brother come in violently threatening his female companion (sister, mother or lover is my best guess). This was unsettling because I know if the coward does strike the woman, I will be in a physical altercation. The adrenaline didnt exactly make my meal. He then proceeded to sit down and play music so loud that it made it impossible to ignore. Im not so opposed to rap music but not so much at breakfast while Im trying to watch the news. Honestly, if I owned this place Id immediately start to look for a new manager. This was all par for the course for them, based upon their lack of reaction to it all. Ill not be coming back.

This is a great location and everything youd expect out of Whataburger. The only complain i have that keeps this at 4 star is there are always HORRRRRRIBLE lines in the drive through at peak hours. And random times between shift changing or AM hours it will take 20-30 mins at times for a simple order. Other than that this is a great spot to stop in at. *edit* 3 stars now..this place has messed up my good a handful of times but every place does this occasionally..this one a little more. Especially the other night when they made my GF wait like 10-15 minutes for chicken..put a box thats supposed to contain chicken in it but no chicken was there at all. Let her drive all the way home then back and its just been sitting there in another box because they forgot to put it in? But they gave her a empty chicken box. Idk and then the chicken was like little circle nuggets almost not strips idk if the chicken changed or they just gave her all weirdly small pieces. But I wasnt impressed when I heard this story the next morning from her. Anyways I love Whataburger but for some reason this one gets crazy sometimes and chaotic so double check your food. I mean beyond spot checking.

I ordered my food and then sat and waited. Several people came in after me and received their food. I finally asked them about my order and they said it was on its way. After 15 more minutes, I asked again and they took my receipt. I was about to ask for my money back when they finally brought my food. The guy who brought it apologized, but there was no explanation as to why I had to wait over 30 minutes to get my food. I did notice they had put fried pies in each sack to try to appease me, but as you can see by this review, it didnt.

I wanted to buy my team dinner since they had worker all day. They voted Whataburger and I was getting prices of the hamburger and fries separate. The cashier was very rude and said "I have a line, threw the phone down and said Im not about to be asking all these damn questions. She told had me on hold for five minutes then hung up in my face. I will Never eat at that establishment with poor customer service like that. I will be contacting corporate

Had very atypical experience of Whataburger at this location. Took forever to get my food. Staff was openly complaining about working with no breaks. When I finally did get my food it was ice cold. I took one bite of my burger and put it back in the bag. It literally made me gag. I usually love Whataburger but this location has some operational and service issues.

Our most recent interaction with this location was absolutely HORIBLE. Absolutely everything ordered was given out wrong, the customer service was.. insulting and demeaning. I will not be returning to this location, i was highly under the suspicion that some of these employees were on drugs

Went through the drive-thru at 3am. That early in the morning Im usually expecting the B-team, but this crew was awesome. Friendly, fast, and quite possibly the best potato taquitos Ive ever had from any Whataburger. Its like I always say...Whataburger knows how to treat a man right.

We went on 5/1/17 about 10:00 am and it was just horrible. My monterrey melt was just two patties with some sauce. There was no onion, nor bell pepper. I have never had an issue with whataburger. This was the first. I will not go back to this location.

Everything was good, but fries were way to salty. In my opinion since salt is not good, you should be able to order them without salt. They never ask you if you want pepper? And never put any in your sack

Not far enough west yet to get good service. Waited for 10 minutes for two value meals at 9pm with empty parkibg lot. Food sucked on top of it. try again tomorrow. Maybe north west texas will be better.

Ordered two pancakes and a biscuit to go with milk. Took 25 minutes, and the bag they handed me had no syrup or utensils, and no milk...like I would not notice....service is terrible.

Grew up in Longview. Been gone for years. Just had another Whataburger experience, and it was awesome. Staff was hyper and fun: decor was all things NASCAR. Wouldnt find that in NJ.

Not sure what people are complaining about. Great breakfast, staff is hustling and making customers in the dining room feel like family. Always clean too.
