Had an appointment at the oncology across the street and the parking lot was full, and we still had like 45 minutes until appointment. So we decided to go to IHOP to get us a cup of coffee. We have always loved ihop and always had excellent service. Today we felt like we were just an imposition. The server acted like we just didnt deserve to be there if all we were getting was coffee. It took awhile to get the coffee, and he took the menus and made a statement to the effect that since we werent ordering food, we were in no need of the menus....we could tell he was irritated at this point. Said he would bring us another spoon to stir the coffee, but we never seen him ever come back. We are not the kind of people to just take up a seat for just coffee, and I know that they get most of their money from menu food orders, but I really felt that he did not want us there, for the first time in ihop history, it was not a good experience today.

Aside from some strange problem with ventilation (it smelled like wet dogs and dirty little kids after theyve been outside all day) Its ok. the staff are INCREDIBLY NICE!!!! The only reason Im giving four stars is ONLY because everything tastes like the Good Samaritan Home in Ellis, KS cooked it. No flavor. But the cook tried. He/She is probably limited to the standard IHOP cuisine ingredients. i.e.....no salt, pepper or any other spice, herb. And...we arent in Norway, I want cranberry sauce with my turkey and dressing, not Lingonberry sauce. In fact, IHOP has blasphemed lingonberry. But staff, is excellent. If you just need to fill your gut up and get the hell away from the hospital, its fine. Otherwise, maybe tryanotherplace.

Well!...funny/ironic this just popped up on my phone. Todays visit was NoT a happy /satisfied one to say the least. We called in an order of JUST a single waffle. The drive there was about 10 minutes, the time we were told it was gonna be,for the waffle to be finished. Mhm-Hmmm...got to ihop...a woman walked in after me...placed a LARGE order to go...and got her BiG order before I got my little ol lonely waffle order I ordered by phone long before I arrived at this IHOP. I waited at least another almost 10 mins to get my single waffle.!!! NOT happy...quite the opposite...more dissatisfied, to say in the least....

Mid Sunday morning 2nd time at this establishment. First time great service our order was correct, hot and fresh. Zero complaints. Second time less then two weeks later. 180 degrees different the order was wrong. It was made wrong and was ice cold. Paid for my wifes order & left. When IHOP can learn how to bast an egg... I might be back!, but for now my ass will not darkened their door step again. I also am not a fan there wasnt ADA Compliance in the parking lot. There was no ramp to access the sidewalk. I had to traverse in the street until I reached the building.

Ate there today and there was a breakfast platter and an appetizer plate ordered off the menu. My short stack was cold, the Chicken Strips on the appetizer plate might as well have been Chicken Nuggets and the Mozzarella Sticks werent cooked enough for the cheese to have melted! The drinks werent refreshed through out the service and no apologies were given for all the mishaps! At checkout I addressed my issues and all I got was Im sorry and was reminded of the amount of my bill twice! #lostthiscustomerforlife

Got there at 1120. Got sat at 1150 (pretty fast because we were quoted first for a 2 hour wait. Then 45 min) Server came 10 minutes later at noon. Got our water and coffees at 1215. (25 minutes from sitting) She was trying but maybe it was understaffed? Food came out and we were able (and had to leave) by 1pm. She forgot my coffee. Brought me one and didnt charge me for it. I appreciate that. She got us our tickets fast. That was the fastest part and we were all grateful.

They got us in right away but the food took forever to get to us and when it did half of it was cold. We got breakfast food and had to ask for regular maple syrup and that was cold. Our server went missing. Finally had to get up and find a manager so we could get our check so we could leave. I worked at an IHOP for 2 years and I never would have seen this at my regular IHOP.

About two Sundays ago, I came to this location with 3 other friends around 7 p.m. We stood at the their front desk, waiting for a server to take us to a table. We waited for about 10 minutes. It was ridiculous. We only saw 2 different servers walking around and maybe 3 tables with people. But neither one of the servers even acknowledged us. So we left.

This is a place with AMAZING omelettes! If I can, I would suggest the Colorado Omelette. It is soo good. My buddies and I come here for brunch. Its the perfect place for it. Even if this specific location is busy theyre fast at alleviating the time you gotta wait. I HIGHLY suggest this location for breakfast/brunch.

Our visit was okay I just spilled my glass of water due to fanning the fly and nats. The waitress was new and a little slow. She was a sweet heart though. We gave her a good tip. We had to wait for five minutes before they come from the back to take our money. Food was good the manager brought it to our table.

Located in a newly built Kansas Hospital Building. Very clean and new. The waiter was very friendly and cares the customer very well. Food was just expected. Not more or less than other IHOP locations. Parking is behind the building.

Go somewhere else !!! If I couldve, I wouldve rated a negative star. Its called a call in order for a reason. This is the 4th time that this happened. We will not be going to this location, EVER AGAIN !!!

The service was slow. The food was classic burgers and breakfast and not fresh. Restaurant sits in corner of a parking lot with a lot of stores in and out that center. Food was overpriced.

Very nice , it looks like a very upscale ihop restaurant, dont look like any other ordinary ihop that I know, they have televisions, and a outside area to eat as well, way to go ihop
