We ordered food at this location through the drive thru. When we arrived home I noticed that the soda I ordered taste like water (just an issue with changing the syrup) but the bigger issue was that my beef mini quesadilla had blood on the outside of the quesadilla. BLOOD! To me that means, not only did they prepare my food without gloves but someone that prepared my food was bleeding. I went back up to the location to make the manager aware of the issue but also to receive a refund for my purchase. The manager (I would assume shift manager at 9:38pm on 7/24/2016) informed me that I was mistaken and that she was not allowed to issue a refund for the products that had the issue. Please keep in mind that this was a total of 3.00 plus tax. Instead she informed me I would have to contact corporate in order to retrieve a refund. I was shocked and confirmed that I was seeking a refund. Se insisted she couldnt issue a refund. When I asked for her name so I would be able to write a complaint she refused to give me her name and told me to leave. Not only did someones bodily fluid end up on my food, but the manager informed me she would not be able to refund the horrible product and refused to give me her name (which tells me that she knows the company was in the wrong). I stayed to speak with the police in order to figure out what I had the right to do in order to correct the issue. I will be going to the health department tomorrow in order to have a stern conversation about this Taco Bell. It is unfortunate they werent able to resolve this issue and I dont know that I can ever go back to a Taco Bell restaurant or a YUM Brand location because of the lack of health training and complaint resolution. It was a Hispanic women working that night and by the attitude I received I would assume this is not the first issue a customer has had with her. I have pictures of the blood in my quesadilla and will be submitting this for further issues regarding health violations.

This taco bell is ALWAYS busy. I think the employees do a very good of being fast but still friendly. I dont think Ive ever encountered a ride person. Everytime I get food, its always hot, never feel like it may jab been sitting. Specifically once, they forgot one of my items so I calls up and let them know. They were very professional about telling me they would be glad to replace it next time I was in. When I showed up today, they were busy of course but the line was moving pretty decent , I went in was helped fairly quickly and I got my food. The lady was very nice, wished me a good day and when I got to my car noticed she also threw in cinnamon twists. Now that I going the extra mile, I wish I had looked at her nametag. This tacobell us never let me down!

This Taco Bell is poorly ran on multiple levels. 1 - Customer Service - I was left at a register for 5 minutes without anyone greeting me or telling me why there was a delay. It was not until I asked what was going on that someone told me the system had to reboot, no apology or explanation. 2 - Quality - My order is always missing something and the taste and quality of the food is poor. I drive and extra 15 minutes to the Taco Bell on State Line due to the VAST difference in quality of food and customer service.

The guys were talking making wisecracks about healthy food while making my burrito The sour cream in my food was substituted with ranch sauce. Odd. I figured maybe it was just a mistake. So I carefully and politely asked if I could have a 7 layer burrito with sour cream. The guy said yes and then made the burrito with his back turned to me the entire time even though that would have made it hard to make the burrito that way. Regardless I can never eat here again.

The staff is great, the orders are always correct, the food is always hot and tasty. But hell, they need a second location around here pretty badly. Ive never been to this Taco Bell when there wasnt a massive line for the drive-thru. All hours, too. The staff is fast and keeps the cars moving, but being the only Taco Bell in the area keeps their lines long regardless. Ive gone somewhere else for food about half the time just because of the absurd lines.

The white guy usually working front counter inside in the evening and one black girl that works it if hes not there are great, but everyone else is unbelievably & unnecessarily rude. If there was anywhere else close to me with wi-fi & food, I would NEVER go back. Even mgrs are hateful. Especially the foreign girl named Sabina. Like Sabrina but without an R. And dont go if ur in a hurry & its busy. Always dirty, too.

My order is always right... They maybe have messed up once in several years. The staff is usually very friendly and the food is fresh. My only complaint is, like many others, that the drive-thru wait time is absolutely ridiculous. As I write this I have been sitting in line over 15 minutes, and was just able to put my order in. Unfortunately it is always a wait, and rarely has it been less than 10 minutes.

Four workers sitting in the lobby gossiping, including the manager. Only one person working drive through and lobby orders, and seems the person in the lobby cant be noticed until drive through is finished. Then she had an attitude when she could be bothered to take my order. And these are the people striking for $15/hr? At minimum wage, they are already quite overpaid, imo.

Drive thru line is Ridiculous. If you have to wait in line for over thirty minutes for food at a "fast food" establishment there is a problem. The owner of this place needs to step up and hire workers who actually work instead of texting and standing around talking when there is a huge line. TB corporate needs to intervene here.

Its a Taco Bell, so you should know what youre getting, but beyond that, this is probably my favorite one in the area because the management is so good. I cant think of a single time Ive ever eaten here and had anything to complain about. Service is always quick, and theyve never once messed up my order. Awesome!

Rude employees to busy talking to friends. On phone to wait on me waited way to long could have went to store and home and cooked it faster myself place wasnt even busy only 5 people in whole place as customers will not return and would love to have another taco Bell closer that believes in customer care

Got food for myself, my son and grandson via drive thru. No napkins. No sauce that I asked for. It was after 9:30 pm and I had to tell them the outside lights are not on so I could not read the sign. Today we have food poisoning. I am having to leave work early because of it!!!! I will never go back!

Trapped in drive thru for a half hour for a 99 cent burrito. Asked why they didnt park the guy with the large order so we could go, said they werent allowed to by GM. Asked for number for GM, they gave me the store fax number. Its not worth it, go anywhere else but here! Worst taco bell ever!
