I love the food here , BUT customers service is horrible . Delivery wise is even worst , my husband was placing an order and the women on the phone who took our order decided to hang up when she couldnt figure out what a 2liter was . my husband who is Mexican was trying to tell her in Spanish , and etc . but she decided she wanted to hang up . he called back no answer , we waited and called again no answer . we called 5 times and they decided to ignore our call . we was NOT RUDE . this wasnt the first time . one time I order nachos with extra cheese , and when they delivered it theres was literally a strand of cheese thats it . I was also 7 months pregnant . my husband called and asked why you didnt put extra cheese or even cheese , the man on the phone said his manager doesnt like to give out extras . We have no problem paying for extras but the manager was being very rude . Im just so upset because I love their food even though they do not like to give big amounts .

I just spent $40 buying food from this restaurant. I ordered Tacos dorados (chicken), mexican steak tacos, and torta de carnitas. When we received the food, via delivery, I noticed the mexican tacos had carnitas instead of steak. The tacos dorados were really cold and the chicken inside the tacos was extremely dry and looked like it had been cooked multiple times. I called the restaurant to complain about the incorrect order, and the girl on the phone told me they were busy and there was nothing they could do about it. I am so mad because I was looking forward to eating mexican food...even after my husband told me not to order from them because the food was disgusting (previous experience from eating at this restaurant). I should have known!! Save your money...DONT EAT OR ORDER FOOD FROM HERE!

The house margaritas were way too sweet, the only salt on the rim spanned the width of my thumb, the service was slow (despite it being not busy), and the food did not make up for any of this. If you are looking for a good margarita, go elsewhere. We were so disappointed as we had heard good things and were out celebrating a birthday. Neither of us feel the desire to return there for food or drinks.

The portion of food you get is well-worth the price. A few of my favorite dishes are the Pupusas, Tacos, Garnachas, Pepe Boquitas, Bistec a la Mexicana, Sopa de Res, Carne Asada, Pollo Asado and Fried Ice Cream. Best beverage is their Horchata. Best alcoholic beverages are their delicious Margaritas! Karaoke Night is every Thursday at the bar. Lots of fun!

Was a very big fan until I ordered delivery - website states Watertown, Waltham and Newton. Young lady on other end of phone said they dont deliver to Watertown and I shared they needed to update website, because it says they do. She said, "thanks," and hung up.
