If I could give it a 0 I would. It seems 50% of the bks I go to anymore are terrible. I used to love you guys over taco bell and mc donalds now I really dont. Tonight my roommate went to get us food. He came home, he claims he asked for no cheese, which it had it, but my chicken fries and french fries were disgusting, I mean hard could barely bite them, I can tell they go dropped a while ago then sat under heat lamp. At this point burger king has lost my business. Not even sorry, considering last time it made me really sick, and I thought it was just me, but after all my recent visits being unsatisfactory around the board Id say nope.

Very upset with my latest visit to this burger king. The person who was serving us in the drive through was obviously sick (direct violation of health code) whom also handled our food. We had ordered a burger with cheese, they had given us a burger with lettuce onion and no cheese. On top of that we had chicken fries that were colder than room temperature. The coke we ordered was diet and no sauces were given to us or offered. Overall I am very disappointed by this.

Without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wasnt even greeted with a "hi, can I take your order?" She just stared at me like I was unwelcome. When I asked for the 2 drinks for the 2 whopper meals I purchased, she looked at me like I was stupid. But handed them over finally, and gave me the wrong size!! (A smaller size than what the meal came with). It was a very very bad experience for me and my girlfriend.

The food was alright, but the store was filthy.... Wipe the door handle off to the entrance sometime, please. The floor was greasy, someone is going to fall and youll have a lawsuit. Never use the mop on a grease spill, If you do throw it away. Fryer oil has been carried throughout the restaurant via mop. The manager should act and speak more professional, acts like a hoodlum or a liberal....

The sandwich was good, except I specifically stated no cheese. What do I get?????? Yep, cheese on my Whopper. It happens a lot, but not just at Burger King. What is it that they cant follow instructions? It wasnt busy. It was practically empty. So it wasnt because they were rushed. No, I didnt take it back. I just chose not to. Next time I will!!!! Thats annoying.

If you want your fast food fix with no frills youve come to the right place. Customer service is sorely lacking. Many of the employees dont care to be there and Im 99% sure they regard the customer as a distraction to their social time.

Stood ask counter for 2 minutes e everyone was in back of kitchen area . theyre were no other. Customers in line or in the drive thru so I left not happy with your service at all
