My favorite soup is the Chicen and Wild Rice Soup. I know it is only prepared Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursday . I absolutely love the thick snd hearty ingredients I can always depend on receiving. I went to the location on Route 18, East Brunswick Mall, East Brunswick NJ. I was extremely disappointed. The worse I ever had. It was a bowl of broth, with a few grains of rice, and I THINK there was a piece of chicken. It was purchased mid afternoon about 3pm, so it shouldnt be down to the bottom where a gallon of water was needed. I work at a hospital and this was to be my dinner. I cannot leave to get something else. Very very didsappointed.

I went here with my two cousins, and one of them wanted Panera and me and my other cousin wanted McDonalds. So we decided to just bring our food in Panera and eat there. While my cousin was waiting literally 20 minutes for her food to be made, the manager kicked me and my other cousin out of the restaurant because we were eating other chains food. Its disgusting how we bought something, paid for it, waiting for service and then get kicked out. It makes no sense when there is people starving and they were worried about people sitting in their restaurant when we had ordered food from there.

Went to this panera bread hoping for a decent experience , what I got in return was a nasty server. I walk up to order and I wasnt even greeted nicely, the cashier took a look at my sweatshirt ( which said sayreville high school on it ) and she goes " ew. I hate that school. Gross" and rudely took my order. I was baffled that servers where allowed to talk to customers like that. I believe her name was nia, thanks to you I shall not be returning.

Everyone is always very nice. Yuen, who works during the week, is always friendly, fast, and efficient. It has a much better ambiance than, say, Starbucks...its a good place to just relax, write, and enjoy tea with something from the bakery. Service has definitely improved since its opening.

I order chicken soup by the bowl it seems like every other time theres barely any chicken or noodles. Cant they get this right where I dont have to go to a manager and complain. This is delicious so I would like proper amount chicken noodles and vegetables.

Has two touch-screen kiosks for self-ordering, but order accuracy is problematic. The food runner who delivered part of my order to my table made an extra effort to deliver the blueberry scone that his co-workers marked delivered but did not deliver.

I like the franchise. I usually go to the East Brunswick Mall location. It is a cozy cafe, however one thing needs immediate attention - bathrooms! They are always filthy! Always! You know what people say "Dirty bathroom means dirty kitchen."

My Watermelon feta Salad was fresh and tasty but they didnt give the right lettuce, I was so hungry, I didnt want to wait for another. The lemon seltzer can, was over priced, but it was the only thing I can get that had no sugar. Diabetic.

Worst Panera I have been to. Excessive wait for food. Workers here on this day are clueless. Unable to read the orders or give us any idea when our salad might arrive. 20 minutes for a salad. No thanks

Sitting in their outdoor cafe area with soft music playing a great cup of coffee & fresh pastry I close my eyes and can almost imagine I am a thousand miles away. Amazingly wonderful people and place.

never really have an issue with this place, but i just ordered a Chipotle chicken avocado to go and there was absolutely no avocado on it, youd think youd get what you order, im disappointed.

They have good healthy food, and its great to stop by and have a snack or lunch whilst in the mall. They dont have a lot of options, but the stuff they serve is great.
