Mi experiencia en iHop es muy buena, me encantan sus panquecas y la comida que sirven. La atención al cliente es excelente porque sirven rápidamente (no tienes que esperar mucho) y hay un ambiente familiar. Recomendable para todo público. Hay panquecas gratis en algún momento.

IHOPs have been around since I was a little girl and weve been going to them so no whatever my review says here theyre one of the places that are staple for Americans. They serve really good pancakes and theyre open 24 hours a day period. They dont pay their employees very well, so the customers are responsible for treating them right. This one here was very popular because there was a 30 minute wait for a table, but the lady that wound up waiting on us was fantastic. They got our food really quickly and I really have no complaints about this location. I would go here again

Only been here twice but both times were good. Got a table quickly. Service was fast, courteous and order was correct. If I have any criticism it would be personal preference in how I like my hash browns cooked. They cook them very hard and crunchy and I prefer them a little crispy on the outside but soft on the inside and these are crunchy throughout so if you like crunchy hash browns youre at the right place. Overall this place is clean and nice breakfast spot.

Mostly nice, but some waitstaff need to get better at their job. Was there last night (7/18/17), and our waitress actually sat down and talked with another table while we had been waiting 15 minutes for a simple to-go box. She was a jerk the whole time. Enter the front doors, take a left, and in the left corner, there was her section. I dont remember her name, but now I dont think I see myself coming back anytime soon.

Had lunch at IHop this week. All was good but the salad. It was just lettuce and tiny tiny white bites of tomatoes. I love tomatoes but yours was not even red. It was the white core of the tomato you put in your salad. No other vegetable like cucumbers or onion was in the salad. Please put real tomatoes that are red not the core of the tomato, in your salad. Add some cucumbers and onion. Who wants just lettuce?

Food is good but they pick and choose who they want to wait on first..this has happened several times and all we get is an apology and its clear that we have been seated for 15mins already before the other customers that they wait on first...we have no drink order and we have to find a waiter to wait on us..thats bad business

If you are college student or even locals, this is one of the few places you can go 24hour. I used to go there with my fiance after the class is over and would order Colorado Style Omelette. They give generous amount of meat stuffed inside which I love! I had really precious memories there :)

It was it was clean and I had nice customer service I enjoyed it tremendously with my children today was a very important day it started with radiation treatment and your waitress was very polite and very nice without her even knowing how much she made that morning special thank you very much

They didnt have any grits for being early in the morning. Normally, I dont get eggs because Im allergic and they wouldnt substitute them for anything else for me. Waitress had a bad attitude too. Management apologized but didnt do anything about my predicament. I wont go back.

Im so tired of getting my food barely even warm(they dont know anything about hot). I dont blame the cooks, I blame the servers, I was just in there this morning, and both my eggs and toast were barely even warm...get back there and get peoples food for goodness sakes!

Their food is so good, although I miss them bringing hot syrup to the table, the food is scrumptious. The only negative is I have a service dog that alerts me before I have seizure and the manager frowns upon me bringing my service dog in.

I live in Longview, but I have been a bit disappointed in the Longview IHOP. The service in particular tends to be quite variable. I typically now go to the Marshall (east of Longview) or Tyler (west of Longview) IHOP instead.
