WOW! What a wonderful dining experience. The food is not half bad for a fast food Mexican food restaurant but the experience was made excellent by the cashier James. He was friendly, helpful, outgoing, & accommodating. I was distracted when placing my order & forgot to tell him no lettuce or tomato on my tacos, I tried to run back up to ask him but he was just finishing up. However he told me that was no issue & made me new tacos the way I had wanted. I sat at a table not far away & was able to watch & see how he interacted with multiple guest always with respect & always striving to make there experience great. We need more James in the fast food industry & other areas as well. Even though it was fast food he still took his time, while still being efficient. When he had no customers he was keeping busy with his other task of sweeping & replenishing the paper towels & napkins. He performs his duties & went above & beyond & I hope that Taco Bueno realizes that they have a valuable asset in this young man.

Came here first time manager acts rude as hell i let it slide second time we come back she yells at me ordered 2 of the 3for 3 she told me 12 dollars than started yelling bcus i didnt tell her 3 for three so i drove off 3d time i decided to give it a chance she yelled at me in the drive thru i told her i wanted a manager turns out she was the damn manager i have to drive 5 more minutes to another taco bueno because they have worst customer service shes rude mean

Worst experience ever at a Taco bueno. We waited patiently for an hr for our food and when we asked what was going on, we were asked to wait again. Manager Liance tells us that our order was not on the screen...we give him the receipt and he walks away. We asked for our money back and left. No one apologized to us nor did they try to offer us food. The manager seemed rude and timid. I definitely will not going to that branch ever again.

Love this place!! I always get black bean burrito with chicken. Its always so delicious and so filling! Highly recommend. It never takes long either and were through drive thru in a jiff. Ive only dined in once, but the dining was pleasant. They have a bar with hot sauces and cilantro and onion you can add to your food. Its very convenient.

Took 5 minutes before a counter person came to the counter to take our order. There were no other customers in front of us. Someone taking to go orders asked if we had been waited on...once the counter person came to the register, their go person took over, which was done in a very rude manner.

Lobby attendant was helping someone with a drink & grabbed the top of the cup, putting her finger inside of it. Floors are filthy. Multiple tables were dirty & it wasnt busy. Ants crawling on two tables near the windows. Ice machine out of ice. Lobby was hot. Wont go back to this location

Ceiling tiles missing, buckets on tables, dirty bathrooms, decor was much nicer years ago before they changed it. Service seemed good, and food was okay; but if the dining area is so bad, makes me leary about where the food is prepared... wont be back to this particular store.
