This area of Frisco needed a Chick-fil-A but we needed one with an owner/operator and management that actually knows how to run a Chick-fil-A. Since this location opened it has had issues with efficient service, both drive-through and inside. Im not sure where the failure is but its obvious the owner/operator and management are clueless when it comes to staffing and/or management of staff. On any given busy weekday time (lunch, dinner, etc) they have one maybe two inside registers open, lines of people out the door waiting to order, lines waiting to pick-up food inside, and couple this with the 20+ cars sitting in drive through and it is just a complete hot mess! The one grey shirt manager I usually see at lunchtime is running around like a crazy person bagging orders for drive-through, inside, and online orders... The majority of people that work there are very nice and friendly but they need to hire and/or schedule twice as many. There is an obvious problem here and it isnt getting resolved. Will it ever? Who knows... and they probably dont care because it is the only Chick-fil-A and decent fast-food in the area. Funny how they had someone taking surveys in there last week and I heard a lot of people saying the same thing. Dont even get me started about the pink shirt managers on the weekends because they just stand around and talk with the other kids "working" there while people are waiting in-line and for orders... but I digress... Example today... I arrived at 11:04 AM and there were 23 cars in drive-through (CRAZY!!) and 9 people in line inside with two registers open. Waited 13 minutes in line as the receipt shows my order was taken at 11:17 AM. Proceeded to pick-up my to-go order and was now in line behind 4 people. Mind you my order was a single standard entree that is already prepared and sitting in the window. Of course the only person bagging orders is the grey shirt manager and he is running around like a head with his chicken cut-off bagging for drive-through and the in-store orders... of course the orders on the monitor are flashing red (which I would put money on it means its taken way to long already). I finally walked out with my order at 11:25 AM... 21 minutes for a small entree that was already cooked even before I walked in... AMAZING! How do I know it was already cooked?... Because there were a lot sitting in the warmer window and what I got wasnt even fresh and hot (dont even go there). I feel sorry for people that only get 30 minutes for lunch! Oh, and the best part, when I left there were 19 people waiting in line with still only 2 registers open. People were lined up all the way out into the foyer almost to the outside door... and of course there were many more people getting ready to walk in... I feel sorry for the two guys taking orders as a lot of people waiting did not look very amused. The Owner/Operator and Manager(s) need to visit a Chick-fil-A location like Eldorado and the Tollway to see how a store really handles busy times. When I would frequent that location during lunch over the past few years I would always see the Owner/Operator and who I believe is her husband working their butts off in there. Is that store perfect, of course not, but I have seen many times how they handle the rush hours much much better. In the end, its a Chick-fil-A, kinda-sorta healthy food I guess, depending on what you eat, and the kiddos like the play area (even though I think this location has one of the smallest I have seen). Management needs to hire more staff that can actually work the busy times and then actually schedule them to work, open the 4 registers they have during the busy times, and they need to treat the drive-through and inside (as there are online orders now) separately and have cooks and baggers for each so everyones not a bunch of crazy coconuts running around to fill all the orders on the monitors that are flashing red! Also, as other reviewers have stated, the quality and portion sizes (small filets and nuggets) here as well... very odd! Anyway, my two cents... YMMV!

Worst experience Ive ever had at any Chick-fil-A. They didnt give me half of my order and when I asked if that was everything the girl insisted it was and shoved everything at me through the window at once so when I pulled forward to check of course it wasnt so I had to go get back in line, which was extremely long now. When I got back and told them what happened and I also was overcharged she said to pull forward to the window. I get to the window and she says my total is $23 I say no you forgot half my meal...she looked at my dumbfounded. I explained again what happened and a blank stare. Finally someone stepped in to try to help. It took about 10 more minutes and me explaining five more times what happened for someone to get it. They offered nothing to make this horrible experience up to me expect a free milkshake which I do not eat. I usually have no issues at any other location but it appears the people working at this one are not capable of understanding what the customer needs. I am still waiting for my refund.

I was really glad they finally made a chick-fil-a close to my job. However this experience was my first and my last with this location. They have the worst customer service. I walked in and nobody greeted not only me but anyone else who walked through their doors. I ordered my food via the app so it was ready and i clearly saw it ready on the counter. I waited over ten minutes before saying excuse me and asking about my order. The manager which im sure he was because he was the only one with a blue shirt was rude and stated he called my order already before i arrived. He saw me walk in and did not say a word or asked the name on the order i was waiting on. Instead several employees were just gathered around talking. Just to top off my experience, i was given a used cup. I am more than sure of it because there was lipstick all around the lid. I just did not realize it until after i had left. I will be contacting the health department about this.

Please be more generous with your breakfast! When all you want on Saturday morning is chick fil a breakfast and you get there well before 10:30, sit in line, and get to the window right at 10:30 and are told nothing for you that is frustrating. What about your good customer service? Especially since you cant leave you are now trapped in the never ending line. Not good, chick fil a....will think again if you wont honor me being there and waiting. Its not like Im ordering at 10:40! Its 10:30 on the dot with having already waiting in line!!! I used to live by another location would always honor it if the time was close. Will think again next time. And before you give me a hard time for not waking up early enough, keep in mind that I work a night/ morning shift and am off at 10am. Guess Ill be getting my breakfast needs filled elsewhere.

Very nice chick fil a inside and out but when I ordered I asked for a regular 8 count of chicken nuggets. I then waited for almost 15 min while I watched the person bagging orders skip over mine. Very frustrating when you can see the boxes of nuggets sitting there and would only take 1 min to put them in a bag and hand them to me. I end up getting my order and get home to see I was givin grilled nuggets. I used to work for chick fil a and I know thats not the chick fil a way. Hopefully it was just a one time bad experience.
