We walked in to nasty floors no salad at the salad bar at least 10 or more people waiting on tables there were only 2 waitresses cleaning tables 1 woman behind the counter just standing around didnt tell us to take a seat or say how long the wait would be. 2 families walked out because of the lack of service! Ive been 5 times and never had a bad experience until now!

This is the second time we have went to this Pizza Hut and had crappy service. The waitress dont do anything but stay in the back on their phones. We spent 30 mins both times without drinks and menus. Literally no one came to the table to even ask if someone had helped us! If there was an option for 0 stars thats what this establishment would get!!!

This Pizza Hut stands apart from the others Ive been to in the past 20 years. Im starting to suspect that it has something to do with the fact that its located in Jasper, GA. Theres something in the water here, and I sure do like it!

Very, very bad service. 3 people working up front, and only one lady was working. The other two were on there phones, doing absolutely nothing. Waited 30 minutes, atleast, for a check. Dont recommend. Needs new workers in my opinion.

Dont waste your time. Went down hill in the last year. Smells like it hasnt been cleaned well, pizza wasnt fully cooked, and was poorly staffed.

Terrible services and never enough waiters. Always take 10-15 to get any services. Would be better off going to any other pizza place in Jasper.
