Im done with this location. For several years, I ordered the, very generous size, three course pot roast dinner, always take-out. However, in fall I ordered it, not only did I not get my dessert (a chocolate sundae), I literally got only five bites of pot roast. I called thinking clearly they had a new worker that made a mistake. However, I was told their portion size was cut down. It had to cut about 75% and that was shortly after a $2 increase in price. I was told I could come back for the Sundae at a later time. I was busy the next week or two, so I couldnt get back and then it slipped my mind. I since visited another location and the portion size was normal; very adequate. I decided to try Camden again, explained they forgot my Sundae. After a brief hold, they said ok, they would include it. However, when I left to pick up my order there was an accident and I had to cancel the order. I went back today. I explained the scenario again. Someone behind the counter remembered me having to cancel the order. The guy taking my order now, seemed nice, but when I asked if there was the extra sundae, he said no, he didnt see any notes in the back. Is that my fault? Was I suppose to go there and make sure someone wrote it down? Do they really think that I would just say this to get an extra sundae? Really! So, initially they forgot to give me the dessert, then, the guy doesnt even tell me they arent giving it to me until I double check, then he says because someone else screwed up and didnt ask if they werent giving me the sundae. I know its only worth $1-2, but that just cost them my business. Oh, and when I asked if the manager was there, he said, were all managers. LOL, maybe thats the problem. Whos managing who, if everyone is a manager? Check your bag if you order take out!

I used to like this Bob Evans but recently, it has just gone downhill. I was in there a few days ago with my family and we were there total almost 2 hours. Which was aggravating because we had somewhere we needed to be and none of us anticipated being in there that long. We hardly saw our waitress. My mom ordered a soup and salad. They got rid of the soup she likes which is whatever. Cant help that. But the soup she did get, she did not like at all. When we finally saw the waitress, my mom told her she didnt like it at all, and the waitress didnt even apologize or offer her anything else. Nothing. Also when I went to use the restroom, they were pretty disgusting. When I used one I noticed after I left that it looked like there was feces on the door where my purse was hanging. I was so disgusted. And that was the second bathroom stall I went into, because the first one I walked out of because the toilet seat had what appeared to be feces as well. Disgusting. I hate leaving bad reviews but I always figure if enough people get their thoughts out there, then maybe the business can come back before going completely downhill.

I am a caregivers for a 93 & 94 yr old couple who have been married for 72 yrs. They hadnt been out to dinner in 4 or 5 years and decided to go to Bob Evans in Camden, Delaware for Valentines day. The manager, Kim and two of the waitresses (Crystal & Taylor) went out of their way to make their Valentines dinner memorable! The food was outatanding, MP said the salmon & baked potato were the best she has had, and MB LOVED their mac & cheese. Kim & Crystal were kind enough to put out the clothe napkins & tablecloth & candle that i had sent ahead....the presentation they put together rivals any 5 star restaurant I have been in. The staff is amazing, the food wonderful and prices very reasonable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you did. God bless you.

Had breakfast here on 7/14/17. Not impressed at all. Eggs where supposed to be scrampled with peppers and onions and they were only folded and had huge chunks of peppers and onions. Pancakes were not tastey at all. My husbabd ordered the belguim waffle and did not eat it after one bite because it was bland. I have ate lunch from here before and it was awesome. This was my first time trying the breakfast and will be the last time i eat breakfast here.

Very disappointed with carry out. Maybe it was an off day but THEY FORGOT MY BOYFRIENDs PANCAKES and replaced it with some weird coffee cake thing. The rest of his breakfast was just thrown into the container and they gave him like half an egg. I got a waffle and they FORGOT THE BUTTER. Like thats the whole point! And I ordered a caramel cappuccino, which are AMAZING, but I received some weird nutty mixture that wasnt even sweet. We werent happy.

Ive never been impressed with this location the several times that Ive been here. The restaurant isnt dirty upon initial inspection but the floors need a lot of work, the restrooms are sub-par, and the tables often are just quickly washed before new customers sit down. The food has always been "just ok". The best part about the restaurant are the waffles and dessert.

Very poor service seems like I was being avoided when I was clearly next in line , answering phones and looking to do anything but wait on me .....I had to ask her if she was still waiting on customers I will not be continuing doing any business with this establishment.....treat people fair and how you would want to be treated ..very disappointed

Been to this place twice and have not been seated because the help just stares and does nothing to seat guests. Service is terrible. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Third time a charm. We got seated. Hope service has improved.

Service was excellent! Everyone was so nice and helpful and the food was good. Kids also loved their food also. Great place for the whole family if you want good country cooking at a decent price.
