I ordered a Stromboli and the Stromboli was dry and had no cheese on the inside nor sauce. Mind you I have been craving a good Stromboli for quite some time. I called the place because the Stromboli was really bland and made me gag. So the lady started being very rude and unprofessional like I didnt just pay good money for my food and tip the delivery guy. So shes like "well theres nothing we can do" like excuse me ! She never even offered me anything else. Long story short I asked for a crab cake instead and she said "please dont call back if you dont like the crab cake" very very very very very rude. I will never order from there EVER AGAIN

We ordered a couple of subs the girl on the phone I could tell was busy or something. She said a pizza steak I said no a cheese steak with pizza sauce. I repeated my order again saying a cheese steak with pizza sauce". We picked it up and one of the subs ended up to be a pizza with cheese steak. I was upset the guy in there said he would make it over. My other half whos order got messed up said no thats fine. Well after all that let me just say I didnt even eat my sub I ate the WORLDS BEST PIZZA with cheese steak!!! It was the BEST mess up sooo good!!

I ordered a taco pizza today and had a big surprise. It was Cinnamon flavor! I immediately called them to let them know that someone had screwed up and put the wrong powder on my pizza. She left the phone for a moment but returned to tell me the "New" taco seasoning they are using does smell like cinnamon so the pizza was made correctly. I do not like Cinnamon on my Taco Pizza, but if you do then youre in luck. This is the first time I have eaten at a Betsy Ross Pizza and it is also the last.

The food was all very hot and tasty. The service could have been better. Our table for 4 had one set of silverware and 2 napkins. A pretty complete menu with lots of good choices. It was clean and not very crowded on a Friday night. I will go back again. The high quality of food is the same as the other place they have in Smyrna. (The Bridge Way Family Restaurant) but the service is not as good.

Best pizza around. My husband had the stuffed flounder and said it was very good. Im not giving it 5 stars because of whoever the man is whos running the restaurant. He makes dining there uncomfortable. He runs all over the restaurant barking orders at the staff and rushing everyone. Not a very relaxing atmosphere.

Food is great, service is very good, supper sometimes is packed. I have gone in at 6p.m. more then once and all the tables are taken. One draw back that I dont like, ketchup bottles are refilled and old. The outsides of the bottles are greasy. But all and all its a four fork family place.

Sandwiches are larger than any other places even Capprioties and the bread is so soft and fresh. If you order a steak sandwich there is plenty of meat and when you say extra cheese you GET EXTRA CHEESE. Delivery is fast and the food is still very hot when you get it.
