Ive been here before and thought it was okay, but after tonights experience, I will not be back for a very long time. All we wanted was some coffee, but after being seated, the wait staff completely forgot about my boyfriend and I. We sat there for at least half an hour waiting for somebody to take our order. We were willing to be patient because it was so busy, but we watched as the only waitress working passed our table time and time again while our menus sat in front of us and we had no drinks at our table. Other patrons seemed to be getting decent service; especially the waitress friends who she kept stopping to talk to. So after we officially gave up on this place, we walked out and decided to go to Starbucks instead. The best part? Not a single person working even seemed to notice us leave empty handed. We may be back when its been long enough for there to be a chance that the quality of servers has improved drastically, but I know plenty of other places that sell similar products anf have better service, such as Lollicup and Taipei 101. We were incredibly disappointed.

Drinks and prices are overated and expensive. My mango slushy wasnt sweet even though I asked for it to be extra sweet. Ordered to go and didnt get my orders until three other people (ordered to go as well) received theirs. The food isnt all that great either. The containers for to go drinks could be better. I prefer the tea stores in LA and San Jose. Way better drinks, prices, options, and way better and creative containers. They also provide more quantity of bobas and fruit jelly.

They always say theyre out of boba. Last 4 times I went they said they were out yet I see them serving it to other people. I asked another member and they said they werent out it was just going to be a little wait. The woman who first helped us was extremely rude and when she brought us our drinks (45 minutes later) she said, "HERE". You have to be asian to get some good service here and some boba appently.

They have a wide variety of milk teas, coffee and desserts. Their bubble teas are great and they also provide more bobba in their teas than other tea places in town. Venue is great although their customer service skills arent that great. Theyd get five stars if they improved their customer service.

Most horrible customer service ever!! I waited 20 min and no service! Walked up and ask them if we were supposed to order by the desk and they said theyll come...another 10 minute no one when i see the other worker just sitting..i got up n just left....NEVER ever going back!!

I love this place, if youre looking for someplace casual, fun with decent food excellent dessert and awesome tea this is the place. You must try the potted plant milk tea and the sweetheart honey toast, both are super delicious and even a little whimsical.

Disappointed that potted plant cheesecake didnt make the new menu. Asked for it anyway and waitress had no idea what I was talking about. Still a great place, still good dessert, coffee and tea. Just hate when places fix something thats not broken.

Cozy atmosphere, its definitely a neat place to hang out or read. I ordered an iced peach green tea and it was very sweet. I think they used a bit too much syrup, but otherwise it was good. We didnt try the desserts but the look really interesting!

I ordered an herbal tea after clarifying that I didnt want the ones with added honey, but when I received it, it was sweetened. I took it back and they said if I dont say no sugar they automatically put sugar in it. Plus, Im sure it was caffinated.

Their tea is good the service is amazing. We would go every saturday night as a hangout with our family. Thats my new hangout place. Their drinks are perfect. Dessert is amazing delicious.

Great drinks, but the food is clearly made from low quality ingridents, my popcorn chicken was lacking flavor and made with very dark meat likely thigh meat and over cooked.

Their hours are not correct and are closed every time I come, they have a tendency to open late and close early so maybe try calling before you waste your time driving here.
