Worst service I have ever seen! Just Avoid. You find better briyanis in Irving. We were 7 people decided to go to Briyani after a rodeo show. At 1030 PM, we called the Paradise Briyani point at N.Macarthur and enquired about the availablity and reached the restaurant at 1045PM. We had to wait around 20 mins to take a seat, though most of the seats are available they were not cleaned. After talking to the guy (not sure he is a waiter or owner or manager) multiple times, he made us sit on 2 different tables. We had to wait for another 20 minsbut no one turned up to our table. I went to the same guy and asked why no one turned up even to serve some water yet and asked him to let me know when he can take the order. The guy immediately YELLS at my face " I CANT SERVE YOU TONIGHT, GO COMPLAIN WHERE EVER YOU WANT". How rude! Its shameful for a popular chain to have such a rude, behaviour less, uncultured staff. Ill not recommend this place for any one who like some respect and service.

it was an awesome experience after i left india for my higher studies , was missing hyderabad biryani.. we went for dinner and ordered goat biryani which satisfied my cravings and realised they do serve lunch buffet another epic meal after biryani which i tasted in dallas with wide range of food options which includes north indian and south indian curries with roties(nan bread) and pulav( veg rice) and several diff types of chutneys to go with .. on addition to that hot dosas are served included in buffet charge.. i would bet on the charge and taste for sure it is a total worth... it became my routine to have my lunch and dinner at paradise at weekends and not missing hyd food anymore ... staff were helpfull and friendly

What an horrible veg biriyani....Never tasted such an horrible biriyani in my life time and i wont hereafter... i was one of the customer for your veg biriyani... But, now a days your service and food is a total flop one... We ordered for an medium spicy biriyani for to-go and you just gave only the box full of spiciest masala with 3 tbsp of rice...and to substitute that spiciness i added cooked rice....even then the spiciness was incomparable... do you want your customers to get ulcer? atleast try to justify to your customers for what they pay... total waste of money and health...

Excellent for an Indian buffet restaurant. Theres a large number of various dishes (all yummy), and something Ive never seen at any other Indian restaurant, cake. Its called "Paradise Cold Cake"and it is very good and delicious, not overly sweet nor has the consistency of most American cakes. I dont know what its made of but it sure is good. I had two servings of it. I used to think the other Indian restaurant up on the same boulevard was the best but after lunch today Ive changed my mind. If you like Indian food, this place is worth a try. Ill be baaaack! I give it an A+.

Always awesome . the buffet and dinner are both great. the best thing about them is that you can BYOB (yes , you read it right, bring your own beer or alcohol) since they dont serve it there. So, for foodies like me and my friends who also like to drink some before they eat some, its an awesome place to visit. So, far i have tried their biryanis and they are always awesome. Also, do try their kabobs, the green chicken (hara bhara) kabob and the red chicken kabob is simply mind blowing.

I shouldnt have given even one star too but the Google hadnt provided with no star option . The service sucks . The guy who was at the register was the worst candidate that I had encountered no respect to customers , rude behavior, even dont know how to be a normal one instead of being the worser one . We were there on June 12 , 6:30 PM . If any owner had gone through this review just make sure that the guy on register at that particular time is perfectly alright and he is ok .

We went to restaurant around 10pm on week-end, the restaurant time says till 10.30pm, a guy came and asked us to sit and took a order and within couple of minutes another guy comes and say KITCHEN IS CLOSED (he thinks he runs restaurant in Hyderabad), hence no more orders, only left over biryani.. Its really pathetic, they dont care for customers, they insult customers, hence customers should boycott them, let them learn a lesson. Please stop going there, dont get embarrassed.

Pathetic customer service, they took 15 mins to serve water. We ordered 5 chicken dum biryani and 1 Idli sambhar plate, biryani took 30 mins after they served water and Idli (which was equally bad) took 30 mins after the biryani. One of our vegetarian friend had to sit without food for 1 hr while we munched the biryani. 2 stars are for the biryani which was amazing. Waitresses were trying really hard but customer service is pathetic, really really pathetic.

Absolutely nasty. The food, the hygiene, the restrooms, the floors. Went there today, the food was terrible with a stale smell, this place espouses quantity over quality. They have many items on the menu, but most are stale from a few days ago. The tables stink of curried meat from previous patrons. All this for the cost of 12$, thats 12$ to much i think. Never ever will we go there again. Why are Indian restaurants restrooms so bad?

By far the WORST Indian buffet ever. Normally in all the buffets (even the bad ones) we find at least a couple good things, but at Paradise we didnt find a single acceptable item. Even the chicken biryani server in the buffet was pathetic. If anyone likes this food, then I would have to assume that their taste buds are dead. To top it all, i saw a couple small roaches on the small bowls they keep for taking curries, etc.

Awesome Food :) Best Buffet Lunch,had many items which are yummy...starting with Idly,Dosa,Vada...chutney is super and service wise the staff are friendly and their hospitality was good I ordered for goat biriyani they took 10 min to serve the biryani...after eating a spoon of biriyani i just had a doubt that am i in Hyderabad :O OmG such an aroma and taste in US is simply awesome Loved the food especially biriyani

It was the worst biryani experience ever. I ordered biryani and it took around 40minutes to be ready. It is quite overpriced and you can get much better biryani at other places. The taste of the biryani was very bland and they give overwhelming amount of rice on top of it. Paradise is quite famous for their biryanis but this one I would definitely not recommend going to.

Today I placed an order of Veg biryani..I was told to wait for 15 mins......after 50 mins my order came.....and they confirmed that it has Veg biryani....when i came home and open the parcel......they served EGG Biryani. I know that there was so much rush on account of black Friday due to which longer wait time was fine but this kind of mistake is unacceptable

The food is not up to the mark, all the dishes were sweet instead of spicy. And the floor here is very slippery, I slipped twice while getting my food from the buffet. The worst thing I have experienced was, this place does not have an air conditioner (AC). This is ridiculous, the management runs this restaurant with out an AC in this hot summer afternoon.
