This place is BEYOND HORRIBLE! And customer service here is NONEXISTENT! Why is no star not an option? I ordered food through grubhub, for pick up (My first mistake). Got there, and the place smelled just like trash can juice, on a 100° day. Even though my spidy senses where tingling, I persisted to folllow through with my order, since i was already there and it was already paid for. After questionably looking at the food, we decided to try it and it was DISGUSTING! REPULSIVE! NASTY! GROSS! I immediately called the store. Spoke with the "OWNER" (who is also on here acting as a customer, and giving reviews.) He was abrasive, rude, condescending, and unprofessional. As I expressed my distain for his food, service, and experience, he became combative, and told me I was trying to tell him how to run his business, after answering the questions he asked. Like I did something wrong. At this time 98% of the food is still uneaten and untouched. He laughed told me to bring the food back, and hung up on me. Tried calling back, and my number was now blocked. So we drive back to the land of trash, and enter this sham of an establishment. They acted as though the didnt see me, the same girl whod originally taken my order. I finally flag her down, and ask to speak with the manager. She walks around the corner, and tells me that the manager is busy, that it will be about or over an hour. I told her i would politely wait, but as I had to wait, everyone else that would also wait, until my problem was resloved. She thought it was Monopoly, so when the next potential customer walked in, i easily, and swiftly placed my self between her and him, explained to him it would be a while, and looked back at her for some type of reslove. She immediately runs back to the same place which i can clearly see her, and talks to the Manager, and now for the first time i am able to lay my eyes on the dispectable subhuman. The lady has now gone in the back. He comes out and the first thing he says is Youre disturbing my customers. And at this point im offended on so many levels, its mind blowing, and I knew he was not trying to remedy this situation. Before we could even disuss my issues about the dog food I given, he informed me he was calling the police, and forcefully told me to sit down. Nope! Not happening, but I did tell him I would happily wait. We wait for the police after he described me AS A BLACK GIRL ON THE PHONE! (Which he said repeatly) The police got there and agreed with but told me that could not compell him to give me refund, and then they also informed me that Dave (the shady owner) was now perusing an order or trespassing on me! LMAO! wow, unbelievable, i was flabbergasted. I was asked to leave, with no refund from him. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! WOULDNT RECOMMD THIS FOOD TO A PERSON WITH NO TASTE BUDS! NEVER AGAIN, AND MAKE SURE YOU TELL A FRIEND TO TELL A FRIEND THAT YOU MONEY WOULD BE BETTER OFF IN A PAPER SHREDDER!

tl;dr I called to order and changed my mind about ordering during the call because of the lack of refund policy and my number was BLOCKED. When I used another phone to call (I changed my mind about wanting food) and explain the situation to manager Dave he accused me of calling several times to complain even though I havent ordered anything in 2 years then he refused to take my order because I was being "negative". I hadnt eaten here in over a year because they used to mess up orders so frequently, but upon hearing about the new ownership I decided to today place an order. Upon doing so I asked about their refund policy due to their shoddy history, there wasnt one though, so I politely told them to have a nice day. An hour after that hunger got the best of me and i tried to call again but they blocked my phone number for changing my mind about an order or whatever reason so I used my friends phone after i figured the line probably wasnt actually ringing busy at which point I spoke to Dave who I tried to explain what happened (to get my number unblocked), but he interrupted me to wrongfully accuse me of calling three times to complain about food even though I havent ordered anything from there in YEARS and the first time I called I was BLOCKED for changing my mind about placing an order. Sorry for inquiring about the refund policy but I wouldnt have if you guys havent historically made me feel like I wasted my money. I stopped ordering wingtown because there was a severe decline in general quality over 3 months time about 2 years ago but MAN has it gotten even worse-to a comical degree. A true downward spiral

Im really upset with this place.. I had an awful experience tonight. I worked all day and had class all evening and all I wanted was some food delivered when I got home so I could stay home and study for an exam tomorrow... I placed an order at 7:30pm and at 9:15pm (almost 2 hours for a small order) when the food hadnt arrived.. I decided to call them. They said they tried to call me and the driver had left a voicemail, but that never happened. Nobody ever called me or let me know a thing. Turns out one of the girls messed up on my phone number. Nobody bothered to notify me at all. Why ask for an email then? And then they said they had canceled my order. Just like that. I paid online and I didnt get any food! I ended up going to their store and getting a refund and I had to stop by another store to get food.. Waste of complete time and everything else. Ill never order from here ever again!!!! Update: 3 days later and Wing Town has failed to refund me my money. I never even received any food from this place! Who ever the owner to this place is, is failing miserably and its a shame bc the food and the potential is there.... What. A. Shame.

Friends were posting pictures of their orders they looked to die for , went to check them out the next day the lady answering the phone was overwhelming herself for no reason. She was very dramatic and was busy placing online orders so she ignored the phone calls that were coming in which were going off the hook! when she did decide to answer the phone she told the costumers that the wait was two hours for delivery. I felt like she did that so she didnt have to place any more orders She complained that she needed to go home and study and was not staying past 8 pm here it was 7:30 phones going off the hook orders were being placed. When I ordered a 20 piece family pack I decided for a few more dollars the 30 piece family pack was a better deal. When I asked to change she made it be known it was a big deal I ended up doing two separate transactions and didnt want to honor me getting a big soda she still wanted me to get the benefits of the first order I place. I will say the wings were huge! hardly any sauce but good flavor meat was dry I will be giving them another try but ill make it clear id like my wings wet.
