Whether on vacation or just a local you may find yourself one day desiring wings to help fill that void and that Google search may lead you to Wingstop… eventually. Wingstop offers a fairly A-typical experience in the realm of wings with no one really exceptional thing to say. Their flavors are about as diverse as an Orange County’s Starbucks crowd (their flavors would also make for a great metaphor about those same personalities) and the wings themselves about as meaty. Don’t get me wrong… they aren’t bad wings they’re just nothing great. I would add that normally this wouldn’t be brought up if not for the high price Wingstop sells them at. They do have great fries but again I don’t really know how relevant considering it’s a wing place. Service is a B-/C+; they give you the feeling that they don’t really care and that you being in there hinders their lives. Don’t expect a quick turnaround if you go in to order take out… call ahead… it takes them 15-25 minutes (not a bad thing). I suppose with that said I don’t know why it takes as long as it does considering they don’t make anything else other than wings but who am I to say. One thing I hate about places is when they have the coke machine facing the employees so you have to ask them for refills instead of them just turning it around so you can do it yourself… I love hot wings so I tend to go through a few cups (again wouldn’t be a problem if the employees weren’t so unwelcoming). The place is generally pretty clean and it’s in a good area. The place itself is like a small café type place (in shape and size) with a few outdoor tables. I guess that’s about it for my review… again I don’t dislike the place but if Hooters was a few hundred feet closer I would just go there for the same mediocre wings. Every Sunday I go to Wingstop and pick up dinner for me and my husband. Note: Carrots and celery are extra… why on earth are they? Just give me an order when I come in… wouldn’t be an issue again if it wasn’t for the fact that I order carrots and celery (which I paid for) and then realize that they aren’t in the bag when I get home… three times that happened to me (which just shows that I’m an idiot). Touché Wingstop… touché

love Wings Stop but this location is terrible service wise. I came in and the cashier a younger girl early 20s took my order. She was very unfriendly. After I paid about four other people came in and instead of getting my drink after she took my order she starts taking the other customers orders. So I sat and waited not really to concerned at first but after she took the orders she then gets the drinks for the other people that came in after me. I finally had to go back over to the register to ask for my drink. She didnt even apolize for the wait or getting drinks to the customers that came after me. She fills my cup up and then lets it sit behind the counter to go say something to one of the cooks. Finally, she comes back and I get my drink. I went and sat down and not to long later a gentleman came out to give me my wings he didnt even say a word to me or smile. I didnt even want to go ask for a go box or drink refill because the two staff members were so rude to me. You dont have to be buddy buddy with me but at least acknowledge someone and be friendly. Theres a real issue if Im being treated like Im an annoyance to staff members. My experience was so bad that I joined Yelp just to give a review for this location . Ill never be coming back here and advise others to steer clear as well!!!!!p.s. unlike normal Wing Stop locations the soda fountain dispenser is turned inward so customers are unable to fill their own cup. Come to find out after i purchased my soda that it can only be filled twice and even tap water cost 29 cents. Its also very tacky and rude to post a sign on the door that says, "bathroom only for customers". It looks really classless. I wont support a location thats this stingy and rude to people.

I recently ordered wings for take-out at the Destin WingStop. After waiting for my order, I checked the Wings and they were not the flavor I ordered over the phone. I went back to the counter and said I would wait for the correct wings to be made, but they would not replace/remake the wings. I asked for my money back, but they would not refund it. The lady behind the counter said I could take the wings they had made, or take nothing. It was $50 worth of food, I could not just leave with nothing, so I took the food. I asked the lady behind the counter if she was the manager, and she replied that she was the Owner. I have never experienced such poor customer service and I have written to the company regarding my experience at this store. I was a regular, weekly customer, but because of the way I was treated I will take my business elsewhere.

I spotted this place while getting gas on my lunch break and decided to give it a try. The guy at the counter was rude and acted as though I was keeping him from something. In fact he actually walked away while I was trying to order. Another patron and I looked at each other and just shook our heads. After finally getting to order, the wait was about 10- 15 minutes. I ordered a dozen wings with two flavors, parmesan garlic and Cajun. Both were horrible. The parmesan garlic was so salty it was almost inedible. But, since it was my lunch break, I ate them. The Cajun had little to no flavor. The wings themselves were overcooked and dried out. After looking at other reviews of this restaurant, I wish I had reviewed it before trying it. Save your money and your taste buds.

So I just went to wingstop to pick up a to go order.... what a nightmare. I was appalled by the attitude of the lady behind the counter. She was confrontational and very unprofessional. So much so that I asked for her name so I could call and complain to a manager. She then informed me that she was the owner! Her name was IRENE. I love WingStop, but I will never visit this location again. I tried a spot called LandSharks it was warm and inviting. I actually met the owner there named Brian. He said that many people have had the same experience I did. Wings are wings but courtesy is must! I found no courtesy at WingStop in destin. THANK GOODNESS FOR ONLINE REVIEWS

Horrible place!!!! The older man at the register has horrible attitude! Even though they get your order wrong. When I was walking out, he said something between his breath when I told them my order was incomplete. He said, " Thats they way I was trained". I guess they are trained to be jerks with people. Any employee who argues and says obscene things to a customer should not be working here at all. I was on vacation here from Texas and decided to stop and get food there . What an awful experience. Dont recommend this place unless the retrain all the staff or get rid of them. Good job WingStop on training your employees, the awful performance is apparent.
