chasity is a very bad server. She came to my table after having us waiting for 15 minutes. just to get our drinks. She did not give us the drinks we requested for. I had order the guacamole live and we told her to remove the stem and she told us she knows that . She would review it when shes done mixing everything together. When she was done my husband found 4 stems. She did not come to the table to see how we were doing. A different server. young Caucasian male checked on numerous times. Our server did not give us silverware or napkins. I asked her for to go box and a little container for sauce. After about 10 minutes passed, the young man passed again to be sure everything was okay. I informed him that we are waiting for a box and a container and he looked frustrated that she was not helping us. So he went ahead and did it for us. Another 10 minutes passed . Chasity came with the box and a empty container for sauce. The male server that was checking on us went to complain to the manager . I did not want to say anything In the restaurant but I wanted to inform any people who are looking for a nice dinner. On the border has good food. But chasity is not a good server. Many times I caught her sitting down messing with her phone or her nails. I do not recommend her. I would expect that kind of service if it was a busy night. But it was not at all. I wont be going to this on the border again.

Just had the worst excuse for mexican food I have had in months. This is the second time we have had bad food at this On the Border. This is the last time we will eat here. Runny refried beans. Inattentive waitress who couldnt remember our drink orders and didnt write them down. Both of our chicken enchiladas tasted funky, and the red sauce on my cheese enchilada tasted more like bbq in a bad way. Basically, the cooks had to try to make the food this bad, and obviously management is not doing their job. When I told the waitress our food was disgusting she did nothing, but look ashamed. Didnt even talk to the manager. Corporate should be ashamed this restraunt is ruining their name.

I wanted to try their Margaritas, so we decided to get there on Happy hours. It was Friday evening and place was quite busy. We decided to use bar side (so dont have to wait for the table in dinning area). Frozen Margaritas were really worth the visit: big glass of tasty drink was only $3. We tried some empanadas ,snack sized fajitas and tacos. I liked the food, and they have really good sauces. Bar side was a bit noisy, but I guess its normal on busy Friday eyeing. Client service is very good. We has awesome waitress Ashley, who was very helpful and got our food in fast. I will definitely come back here.

Well cons, front person taking orders on the phone while people waiting in line to be seated, she was professional but there should be someone else taking phone orders in order for that person be available to attend and seat costumers. Service is not that fast, unacceptable 10-15 waiting for waiter to ask what to drink and when finally came I already had in mind what I wanted to eat. Pros, real Mexican music, great ambient, food came out fast and taste good, server is polite, but needs improvements.

The food was great but after they seated us at lunchtime we waited a while before for a waiter, water and chips. Several wait staff members made eye contact but didnt stop to help because it was busy. We finally stopped a gal and she did do a good job of taking our order & checking on us but the food took a long time and we were late getting back to work. :/ The food was really good though. I recommend going to this location when youre not in a hurry.

Oliver food came out cold. Got into an argument with the manager. Even though I service on the border and know what goes on in the kitchen. Will not return again and I will be calling corporate in regards to this visit and how it was handled. However the wait staff was excellent its very unfortunate for somebody of her caliber to be in the situation that she is in to have to suffer because of the kitchen staff and kitchen management being under par.

Even on mothers day? They say open till 11 but this is not the case. They shut off all the music even in the bar area and will not sell any food? I would say quiet is good but the silence is broken by very loud employees chatting it up. The bar is open till 11 only and customer service completely stops at 10! Stood up at my table for 10 mins and 10 employees ignored us while staring right at us? I use to love this place very sad.

Not so much tonight. Service was very slow at first then got better. Our table was 10 feet from the restroom entrance and we got up close and personal with all who had to usebit. Also third grade recess was going on and the kids must have drank red bulls and ate candy foe dinner. Plus they all had to use the restroom as well. If it wasnt for our waitress Mercedes who was great. We would have walked out.

This is the perfect place to get ignored. I placed a to go order, stood at the to-go-counter for over 15 minutes without a single acknowledgement from the bartender or passing waitresses. The bartender looked directly at me 3 times, but still chose to ignore me standing there waiting for help. Needless to say, I swiftly cancelled my order and took my business elsewhere where its appreciated.

We ate outside on the tables and the food was really good and really well prepared. You definitely get what you pay for in a good way at this place and it seemed pretty popular. It made great for a good date night. The atmosphere was perfect because we went about 9pm and it was dark and cooler and we have the great view of the street while we ate which was an added bonus

We just left and wasnt happy, we had six of us my nephew in his wheel chair. And placed us in the very back, no one got our drink order until 10 min later. Waitress acted as if we were the inconvenience, her attitude was horrible. We were asking to speak to the manager and he comes wit her... Who does that, managers come alone and then fixes the issue!!!

This is my first "On The Border" restaurant experience! I was and am a gratefully satisfied customer. Such a vibe like surrounding. Compliment to the chef, and most definitely to my server "Ms. Kim!" She is very lovely. Thank you, for helping me celebrate mothers day, for my mother.

Ordered fajitas to go and got NO TORTILLAS. wtf. Staff is rude! Tried to give them another chance on 8/21/16 and the staff is still rude and cannot take an order properly. Paid $80 and couldnt even get the simplest of instructions right. I will never be back to this location.

This is the best place in the world i could not get enough of there food . i love this place and i think they have the best food they are so kind and nice our waitress was so kind amd brought my baby soster a bowl of beans for free we gave her a huge tip plaz they are so kind
