Independently owned and operated is the only saving grace for this BWW franchises. Claremore BWW is second rate to what the franchise is trying to replicate. Service is consistently and constantly 5-7 minutes behind, whether attending on a Tuesday or Saturday night. The servers are consistently judgmental on a vanity level. Simply put, if they perceive the attendees to be more attractive than themselves they refuse service. Furthermore, they consistently and constantly can not input orders. Simply put, beverages and food is brought out erroneously. If you call the server on their mistake, they berate the attendee as ignorant or stupid until their mistake is corrected by the adjoining tables. Managers are consistently and constantly MIA or nonexistent. Furthermore, there is no simple etiquette in approaching a table. Unfortunately, I will no longer frequent this establishment but will instead make a point to visit the Broken Arrow or Tulsa establishments in my future BWW experiences. Thank you for trying but unacceptable of your shoddy attempts at food service and dining.

The last two times I visited this location, I was dissatisfied. Todays visit to Buffalo Wild Wings will be my last. How is it possible that you run out of a popular beer (Michelob Ultra) at 2pm on a Saturday...during the Kentucky Derby??? When we arrived, there was a party of 5, a party of 3, and my party of 2. I guess the limited amount of people in the restaurant should have been a red flag and after reading other reviews, it appears that numerous customers have had the same bad experiences. Our appetizer arrived quickly and it was great however our meals arrived 45 minutes later. The fries were cold (they were last time I visited too) and the wraps were hard as a rock. The other 2 parties arrived before we did however we got our food first. The service was horrible. The waiter never checked on us until I waived him down. Not a single smiling employee in that place.

If i could rate zero stars i would. First off someone had defecated in the urinals. Then there was the bad service, our waitress spilled my girlfriends wings and didnt offer to replace them. Who does that? Then to top it off, half of the tables wings were freaking cold. Ever heard of food poisoning? We waited over 30 minutes to get the food in the first place! Then waited another 15 minutes after eating to get our tab. When we asked for the manager he peeked out of his office with a mouth full of food, like how professional? If anyone gets the chance to read this, save yourself a belly ache and find a different place for dinner. Thank you.

Had a great time! Looks like others had a bad experience but it cant be that bad over all. I rarely write reviews but had to post one after reading the other comments. We sat in the bar area. Our server was very prompt and polite. Always made sure our beverages were full. Food was amazingly fresh. I travel for a living and have been to over a dozen diff bww and this one had the best food so far. Music could have been louder but they turned it up when the game started. I definitely recommend this place.

The food is good, as is all buffalo wild wings, but the service is terrible. I cant tell you how many times weve ordered food, waited an hour only to find out the order ticket didnt make it to the kitchen, ordering alcoholic drinks, and not receiving them after a long wait only to have it warm or melted. I only utilize this BWW when im actually sitting at the bar and I can control the outcome of my experience. This restaurant is nothing like the BDUBS in Tulsa and surrounding areas.

Went there for the first time ever and will never go back. I ordered the 8 pc. special and I didnt even get eight pieces, I got seven and a tiny one. The wings were not even fully sauced. Then the fries were cold and I only got a little bit of those. Lastly I got home and realized that the lady at the counter didnt even give me a drink that was supposed to come with it. Wings to go was so much better, I wish they would come back to Claremore.

I am the biggest Buffalo Wild Wings fan but this place has the absolute worst service. We waited 20 minutes for someone to come to our table when there were only a small handful of tables with people at them and workers standing around talking and walking around aimlessly like they had nothing to do. I normally disregard this type of service because I love the food here but it has happened so many times and they cant seem to fix the problem.

Super-slow service, most (not all) wait staff standing around talking while your food sits waiting, no boneless wings available on a Saturday night... Heres a tip Mr./Ms. Manager: youve been open for a year right? Look at sales from LAST YEAR and add about 10-15% - I know this sounds elementary, but I dont think these people understand how to run a business. Get it together, or there will be a vacancy at the end of "The Market" soon.

Im 61 years old and have never had as bad of an experience as I did at this restaurant, a1 star rating is way too high, the food, the service the entire experience was unbelievable, I am totally blown away that a company like this can stay in business since Walmart down the street has better food and service by at least 10 times. Take some advise dont waste your time or money at this restaurant.

Hamburger with BBQ Pulled Pork is Awesome! Listen, Macie is the sweetest thing. She will take great care of ya. Hard worker, getting ready to graduate college. Have to mention she breathtaking gorgeous too. When we came home, my little girls pretended to be Macie and took my order. They really liked her, as did I. Made our first visit absolutely perfect. We will SEE YOU SOON!

Took forever for them to take our order when we were ready, prob waited over 20 mins and we had to flag them down. I was doing my best to be understanding bc i too work in a restaurant, however they werent even busy... waiters, although nice, have no clue what they r doing. Management please take the time to read all ur recent bad comments and fix the problem.

Last 3 times I went, it was during slow hours and they always made us wait. Last time my table had to always call the waiters to us to order, refill, and get the check. In which I had to walk up to pay after sitting for 5 mins while the rest of my party left. I love buffalo but not this one.

Food is good, but they still allow smoking and really isnt set up for a great sports viewing experience unless you are in the"smoking section." Not really feeling smelling and eating surrounded by smoke, Id rather watch games at a place where Im not being killed by second hand smoke.

Ordered to go and it was horrible. The food wasnt what we ordered. We had to go back in and get salsa because they forgot to give it with the chips we get back home and the wrap was wrong and the wings were just fired chicken with no seasoning. French fries were cold and hard.
