Food is delicius, the portions are very big and the price is very affordable. i usually order to-go and i must say that even though the food is great, when you have poor customer service it just ruins everything. The girl that works the phone and takes the orders is very rude. she is not polite at all and talks super fast. i recomend that if she cant hear the custumers than the restaurant needs to create a closed space so she can hear and take the orders. or hire someone with a little more costumer service experience that can make the custumer feel welcomed and appreciated.

Nee Hao is another place I often visit during lunch hour. The food is very, very good. One plate is literally good enough for two people, and the food is ridiculously affordable for the amount that they serve you. I have never had a complain regarding the taste or temperature of the food, I have always been happily satisfied. Only downfall is, there is a long wait if you are going to dine-in for lunch because it seems as if they have only one or two wait staff working. Also, the ambiance is not the coziest. If you are planning to eat here, I recommend you order take-out.

Hmmm, I read the reviews before we got take out and was expecting some awesome-ness! But not so much. My boyfriend and I found the food to be your basic Chinese food, nothing special. I had the veggie lo mein and it was bland. My boyfriend had the sweet and sour pork and said the same thing. There IS an upside though. if youre looking for LARGE portions, this place has got it covered :). Yay, now you have a whole bunch! Oh well, we tried it and now we know...and knowing is half the battle!

The location is a bit sketch, however, the food is very good and the serving size is gigantic! I took home 3/4 of my food for my wife and had to throw it away once she had her fill. The best thing about this place is that the waitress knows and recognizes the regulars. When they walk in she asks if they want their normal drink and sometimes just gets their food immediately. It is so cute! The atmosphere is bleh and Im not sure how clean it is, but this place is not about the atmosphere.

AMAZING! I have been coming to Nee Hao since I was in high school. It is a tiny little place that never grows and is the same every time you go. The people know you by name and remember your order. When I call for pickup all I say is "Its Angie" and they know what I want! I love it. Its family owned and the family is great! The neighborhood is a bit sketchy so go during the day to eat in or drive through at night. Prices are great and portions can feed an army!! I LOVE NEE HAO!!

Is this a hole in the wall? - Yes, but they can be the best places, and this is one of those. The food is really good, and the serving size is amazing. I added a bowl of hot and sour soup to my order (which was really good), to make sure I had plenty to split into two meals. The amount I have left for dinner is equal to a full size meal that most places would give you. There were a lot of people here, and that speaks volumes. Wish I lived close by so I could come by often.

Only plus is large portions. General tso chicken isnt even close to general tso, bugs in the sweet n sour cups they give you, it just sits out open no lid so im not surprised. Meat isnt bad, just isnt what i expected. Wont go back because the customer service sucks. Ppl who supposedly dont work there standing behind the counter, then when i asked for soy sauce he gave me a crazy stare with no response. Wtf if u cant help me why are you behind the counter.

This is the type of dive I really love! Seems to be run by family and the older lady will welcome people. The combination meals are closer to $11 which may seem high, but holy smokes you get a LOT of food. If you are very hungry, or budget minded, this is really the place. Unless you really can pack down a ton of food this is 2-3 meals worth for one serving. REALLY. Egg rolls were great too. Its by far the best value around and food is good.

Owner was short and rude when i asked about gluten. I also almost broke my tooth on a bite from a pebble. I ordered pork fried rice and it was in it. I am on the fence about my wife about it. She also has been in the bathroom twice so far in the last 20 min and it better not be food poisoning. My in laws swear by this place for the size of the portions. Next time hold the rocks. I will never be back.

Always I have great customer service. I love to call ahead and have my order ready to pick up. I have been coming here for about 5 years. Ever since I found out about this place. The food is great and I never have ever had an issue with my orders, taste, or quality. It looks unappealing from The outside but I have Lways found that these are the best places to eat. I will forever be a true customer

The first time I ate this it was not good so I thought maybe it was what I ordered. So I decided to give them another shot. I ordered the General Tso chicken and shrimp f/rice and it was another let down. The food was DISGUSTING . The chicken did not look like chicken nor did it taste like chicken. It was extra dry and burnt. I will NOT be returning back to Nee Hao ever again.

The portions may be large, but the quality is low and the sauces on many dishes tastes exactly the same. I also got food poisoning twice from this restaurant. Basically Timmy Chans quality with larger portions and cheaper prices. The Chinese place in Deerbrook Mall is better than this! Tastes as if the frying oil hasnt been changed in weeks. Trash!

Great sizes on the potions. You could eat the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice for three days (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Ive heard talk of food poisoning, but I know many people that I work with that have eaten it many times (Im talking over 1,000 times cumulative) and heard nothing of food poisoning. OMG, I havent been here in years. The House combination lo mein was really good. They give me an option to spicy it up so I did, just the right amount of spicy it was so good and they give you so much. I feel like they gave me enough for a family of 4-5. Price I feel was also right for the serving they give you and its tasty.

This aint no Timmy Chan............gag a maggot. Like everyone else, good food and huge portions. I went here solely after reading the Google reviews. Glad I did. If you are reading this, you are wasting time. Just go. I have been 5 or 6 times and always order ahead to take out. Have not had the dining pleasure of eating in.

Just your classic Texas sized portions. The rating on this restaurant is wholy inaccurate. Service was average and food was atrocious. Rice was hard and cold and the food lacked flavor. Restaurant says vegetarian options, but there were only two on the menu. If you enjoy actual Chinese food, would not recommend.
