Just ordered from this place. Now as any other customer would do. I was debating which sauces to go for, I ordered 3; spicy garlic, Asian Zing and Thai curry. Felt pretty confident on my decision since i ordered spicy garlic for my kiddies, since they can handle a little bit of a kick. So on the drive home with my order, I noticed a very strong smell. Figured well could be the combination of all three orders. Came home all of us hungry, we tried all three. I noticed my kids reaction was alarming. They had trouble breathing. My thought process was either they took too big of a bite. They turned bright red and began crying and yelling , spicy help!! I gave them milk to soothe the reaction. I tried it myself, the spicy garlic was extremely spicy. I called buffalo wild wings, told the guy my concerned he didnt seem to care. I reversed it to sir you can try this and Im telling you its uncomfortably hot. And the other two orders are no where near hot in fact they were mild. ( the Thai curry and Asian Zing based on the chart is supposed to be hotter take a gander on their menu their a huge difference in the spicy level) . He said some bs of maam its actually my personal favorite. Then i said sir my kids are reacting in a concerning way. I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager. Turned out the guy I was speaking to was the manager. Its unfortunate that this manager working for buffalo wings to tell a customer "our chart of sauces and how spicy it is, can be misleading, each batch is made individually". How can a cutomer get reassurance let alone trust the food you are getting? He didnt have a care at all of my concern he didnt offer anything positive from this call. Nor with his experience of customer service. He needs more training on how to handle customers better and how present the company with a positive solution/outcome and place the customers as a priority, that also includes taking into consideration their satisfaction in service, food, opinions and concerns. I basically got the service of if the customer does not ask to replace it for another option or refund, dont bring it up to the customer. What cheap service this guy offers to make a company look bad. He just lost 7 customers tonight. Might not mean anything to them, just sucks that a customer takes their time to review a bad rating which is a rarity. Also keep in mind their TVS in the restaurant is what keeps this place running, also the reviews they speak for themselves, seems like Im not the only one with a bad rating. One good thing I can say about the outcome is Im glad they gave us ranch, since it barely helped to get a few bites down and a refund I was hoping to not get from this company. How an unfortunate experience with all of this.

Im really not a huge chain restaurant type of guy to be honest with you. I feel like you can equally as good service, better food, and support local businesses by going to a locally owned restaurant instead. But sometimes when youre with football watching alcoholic friends, they get to dictate where your Sundays are spent. To be honest, as far as chain restaurants go, however, Buffalo Wild Wings is probably closer to the top of my list than it is the bottom. I really do love their wings. Everything else is overpriced though. Drinking here is a rip off, and the service is totally mediocre. By the time I showed up, my friends had already been there for about an hour, so the tables were stacked a foot high with garbage. Since I didnt want my newly ordered food next to old chicken bones that have been laying there for over an hour, I started cleaning up and clearing the table. I know the waitresses are busy on Sundays, and I hate filth and garbage immensely. So I took it upon myself to clean. Only then, when the employees saw my carrying an arm full of trash did two servers rush over to help me and said I didnt have to do that. Well, actually, I DID have to do that if I wanted my table cleared. Im assuming theyd get in trouble with their manager if I was seen clearing my own table. I wasnt even totally upset. I expect this at an establishment like this. But that is what takes it down from a 4 star to a 3 star establishment. Still love their Parmesan and Thai curry wings though.

I am not sure where to begin. THE WING SAUCES ARE BEYOND TERRIBLE! I had the honey bbq and caribbean jerk. The honey bbq sauce is just bbq sauce that was bought from a grocery store, not bad but nothing special either. The Jerk sauce was terrible. All that it was was all-spice and cayenne pepper. Their sauces are very one dimensional, they taste as if they have one base flavor and add cayenne for heat. I was there with my brother who really likes the place and I was going to keep my mouth shut. Over the loudspeaker they announced that there was a girl there celebrating her birthday there and asked that everyone yell happy birthday (The music was so loud that the only way to be heard was to yell). My brothers and I didnt yell happy birthday and the manager happened to be there. He then came over slapped me on the back and told me I needed to say happy birthday because it was his birthday as well. When I asked him about his birthday He admitted it wasnt his birthday. I was trying to be nice and just wanted to be left alone. He then asked me about the food so I told him that I thought the food was terrible and that I was not going to ever come back. He kept asking me questions about the food and service. I just wanted to be left alone. He was nice enough to give me a coupon to come back and try again Which I gave to my brother. I just wanted to be left alone to gag down my meal in peace and enjoy spending time with my brothers.

Not a good experience. I used to really enjoy this place. After about 20 minutes they seated us, after about 10 minutes we ordered. All of that was fine. It was busy so its understandable. After we ordered it took 45 minutes to get our food. Our waiter didnt stop at our table the entire time. A group that got there after us got their food and the check by the time our food was brought out. Finally they brought our food, but my wifes fries were cold, and a couple of the items I ordered were too. The food was subpar. My wife and I ate our food. In that time the waiter stopped by once to give us more water. Then, once we finished we waited again. The waiter passed our table 4 times without stopping to ask if we needed anything, or see if we needed our check. Finally he brought it, i put my card in, then he sat by the kitchen and talked with 2 of the other waiters for 10 minutes before coming to get our check. To wrap this up, the service was slow, the food was poor, and I wont be going back.

You would think if their "gift card machine was broken and theyre working on it right now" they would either tell you BEFORE you eat or have a sign on the door. We didnt get an appetizer because we decided we would have buffalo fries with our wings and implied that to our waitress, they came 10 minutes before our wings. Asked for Asian Zing and Parmesan Garlic mixed and they came out two separate buckets of one Garlic and one Asian. Let alone did they come out 10 minutes after the people who ordered theirs 10 minutes before us. I was fine, the wings were good, my drinks were good it was all good. Until we pay LOL. Their "gift card machine was down but shell try and get us a free appetizer for the inconvenience" I didnt say anything because I know how bad being in customer service sucks. She comes back "sorry its my second day here I cant go and ask for free food" hahaahahahaha. Went from spending 3 dollars to 40, DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A GIFT CARD AND DO NOT BUY A GIFT CARD HERE.
