Having never been to a red robin only hearing about it through advertisement and through other people we decided to try it ourselves. Restaurant was very clean orderly laid back the restrooms were very clean and maintained. Our waiter was attentive although young, we announced that we had never been to a red robin before. That should have triggered a better response than what we received. It didnt take us long to figure the layout that they had basically an endless supply of fries if you asked as he brought some to our table and we looked around at everybody else. We ordered the chili chili fries but not much chili. The burgers have various buns you can choose from. We chose the jalapeno cornbread bun it was a bit small for the sandwich not toasted so it was a bit messy. Their patties are exceptional. We wondered why they brought so many napkins to the table now we know why. Moderately priced , We went in the late afternoon so the atmosphere was laid back not too loud mostly adult, it was a pleasant experience, we will return.

The wait for the food was horrible we waited 30 + min for the food! And the restaurant wasnt even packed. Nobody came to our table saying sorry it will be a bit longer or anything. We were ignored. When I asked the server where is our good she said oh let me check on it. Mgr came and said sorry they forgot about your food. We will get it out to you as soon as possible. We ended waiting a total of 1hr for our good and once we got it the waitress still chose to ignore us! Worst service ever!! We had to keep on selecting the call your waiter button on the mini tablet they have at the tables. And the good was not even that good I have had better burgers at other Red Robins. Dont think I will be coming to this restaurant again by choice!! The horrible service and wait is not worth the food!!!

I used to work here. This place is great. Clean, good service, great food, fast times, and usually it is always busy. Love Red Robin. The GM, Sean, is the best manager Ive ever worked with. The owners are also amazing. It is a franchise (not corporate), so when something goes south, the owners jump on it to solve the issue. They are truly by the book and I really appreciate how clean they keep it. Keep it up, because youre helping young & old servers retain a healthy income by providing a good work environment. Also, the ziosk (electric table tablet) Says its $1.99 for games if anyone bothers to read it!

I remember when this Red Robin first opened. Nice big burgers that looked hand made, fresh fries and a wonderful time. The staff was friendly and our server was probably the best one on the staff, but still it took forever to get our drinks and we had to flag him down twice for refills. The food was bland, frozen patties you can buy at Walmart and the up charge for a gluten free bun that was basically a cardboard micro bun was ridiculous. I wont be back anytime soon and strongly recommend that if you want a burger of the same quitting to just go to Whataburger down the street.

The staff were very professional the wait was short and well handled, and the food was good. My girlfriend has severe food allergies and the staff handled it VERY WELL. I ordered the pub macaroni.....it was not the best. Dry, small portion, and not really cheesy at all. The rest of our meal was wonderful and all in all we had a goodd experience and wil be back again. The managment came to the table to acknowledge the food allergies, which made us feel very sure that it was going to be a safe and enjoyable experience. Thank you!

This is our favorite spot to grab a bite, we do more than a bite, we absolutely always have to order the chili chees fries and the Onion Ring Tower for our appetizers, then my daughters favorite is the Classic that come with the fried egg on it, and my favorite is the Banzi burger with the Teriyaki sauce and pineapple slices on it. It is to die for! You will not be sorry if you frequent this place, oh I forgot, the Orange Cream Soda....just might cause an orgasm if you are not careful. LOL

Me and my pregnant girlfriend love eating here but tonight I must say that service was not very good at all. We arrived and were not greeted. 4 team members walked by and stared at us. They didnt bother assuring us that we would be helped shortly. Finally when attended the girl said hello and we followed her and sat us down and left. We are really big on customer experience so please take this into consideration and do something about it. We can tell you dont want to help us.

Great atmosphere, plenty of things on the walls and ceiling to look at. Sports on large flat screens visible from every seat. Nice bar with local regulars. Incredible appetizers. Extensive menu of gourmet burgers and chicken sandwiches, fish, soups and salads. Bottomless sides not just fries. My favorite nonalcoholic beverage bottomless strawberry lemonade with real strawberries. Decadent desserts. Cedar Hill location waitstaff are friendly and attentive.

This location has a definite leg up over the I20 and Matlock location IMHO. We have been at this location three times and they have been so much faster than the Arlington location. Not to mention the burgers seem to be juicier at this location as well. Service seems to be spotty at either location, but it is average at both. Waits are usually no more than 20 to 30 minutes and we have had order mistakes at both but nothing major.

Craving a big, juicy burger? Look no further than Red Robins where people say Yum! Their steak fries are to die for as well as their shakes. The bacon cheeseburger is usually a best bet for trying out a new restaurant, but if youre feeling a bit adventure and want a little kick, I recommend the Burnin Love burger. Apart from the food, the place is beautifully decorated!

Advertise a list of 6.99 burgers. Shame on me for not asking but when they bring you a menue with a slide in burger flyer you assume these are the specials. Dont assume these are 14.99 each. Should have ask. They were sued in 2004 I believe faulse advertising. Food was good but not $15 a burger. Ive learned to ask the price of everything now. What happened to honesty ?

Foods great, prices keep going up... if Im paying $15 for a burger, Im going to Hopdoddys and getting a better one and with parmesean fries for $15. Service at this location is always hit or miss, truly the reason we always second guess the option and rarely go without a coupon or special offer.

Nice, friendly staff. No chalk for the "starving artists" board Im waiting area. Got the Tavern Burger. I was not asked how I wanted my burger cooked. Came well done. Uggh. Still taste ok. Ordered cole slaw, got fries. Waitress was very apologetic and fixed it immediately. Kids loved everything.

The food is great but the service and management not so much...rude and just not efficient. Wait staff is not on the ball and needs training...seems to be a lot of hostess but few wait staff. Also dont play the trivia game unless you want to pay $1.99 we thought it was free but it is not.
