I moved out here for college and this is hands down the worst Chipotle Ive ever been to. Typically Ill drive to the one in Heath because they are much friendlier and their food tastes better. At this location their rice is very acidic, I was served under cooked chicken, half of the time their lettuce is drenched in water and their hot sauce tastes very strange. A majority of the workers are far from friendly. I would not recommend anyone to get food from here.

The manager is rude and makes sexual and degrading comments to the workers. Even if joking, its not appropriate. Workers can be pretty immature like the time they were throwing things at each other, busted open a bag and had to throw everything away that hit the floor. Or every time theyre talking about sex. Not a good place to work I can tell you.

i eat at this chipotle about 3 times a week. the food is good and it usually isnt that busy. everytime i ask for extra corn or cheese i have to force it out of them. they act like it is such a burden to put a little extra. so annoying!! especially this indian girl that is almost always working during the day.

We always had good service , and good quality food. With min prices. We never had a problem with Chipotle on Hebron Rd (79). Love the workers there always a smile and easy going and love to laugh with ya. Been going there once a month for over a year now. Never been to the one on 21 street.

Not skimpy on ingredients, fast, friendly staff and i could barely finish my burrito; that how packed with ingredients it was. I ONLY ORDER THREE THINGS ON MY BURRITOS. CHICKEN, WHITE RICE AND SHREDDED CHEESE. WILL RETURN FOR MORE. LOVED IT.

Very hit or miss, we never get consistency when we eat here which is a bummer because when its good its really good. I would recommend going to an actual Mexican restaurant. Day Y Noche in Granville is the best around, pick that instead.

The best Chipotle locally. I drive past the one in Heath for this one. They are more generous, make the burrito and wrap it so the flavors blend right. I have not had a medochre burrito here ever.
