I stopped eating at this store (5330 N Macarthur Blvd Ste 160) because the manager has a poor attitude towards his customers. I once saw him verbally abuse a customer who tried to put some soda in his water glass as he was leaving the resturant - that really turned some heads. Another time he refused to accept a coupon my coworker printed from the Internet because it was not an "original". The last straw was when I went in for lunch one day with a Quiznos "punch card" (something like "visit 7 times and get a free sub"). When I gave him the card for payment, he looked at it and said "You did not get all of these stamps from me, these do not have my initals. I will not accept this." Bad enough that he had this attitude, but he spoke loud and clear so the whole lunch crowd could hear. So I said "Really? Okay, thanks." and I walked out and left my order still sitting on the counter and I have not been back in over two years. And by the way, the punch card was not store specific, I just happened to have collected some stamps at other stores.

Rating a 1 Star would be a huge compliment. the manager watches his store like a mother hen. Manager is unbelievably rude in his mgt style and to his customers. I am done with him, the store, and possibly Quiznos. He hassled me about a $2.99 promo coupon (direct from Quiznos) about 4 months ago. He eventually honored after an interesting verbal exchange. 2 weeks ago, he challenged me about my use of coupons. Yesterday, I went to his store with a coupon, and he had posted a notice that his store DOES NOT (will not) accept any coupons or Quiznos promotions. I walked out while the other patrons were shocked. I am stunned that Quiznos will allow a franchisee to operate in this manner. Makes everything bad associated with this brand.

Wow! This is one nice Quiznos!! It is big and this is my first time at this location, and not my last!! The guy working there greets everyone like they are someone special. What a treat the girl was making the sandwich. She could tell I have never been here and did everything to make me feel welcome. It is kinda overwhelming the first time the way the store is laid out but of all the Quiznos I have been in this one is the best!! Super clean and super delightful experience. Highly recommended.

This is one of the last Quiznos I can find, and will be very upset if it ever closes. I have been going for a long time just for the Chicken Carbonara sandwich. The management is extremely friendly and I have never had any problems with anyone in the store. I definitely recommend going in and bring the chicken carbonara. Keep Quiznos alive!

Something must have changed in the last 3 years. Dont believe the one star reviews. Management was very friendly, service was fast even during lunch rush, food was delicious and assembled well (didnt fall apart), and the facilities were spotless, even the bathrooms. I encourage others to visit this location to make sure it stays open!

We arent from the area so we decided to stop in. The building was super clean and while fairly busy the people behind the counter were very quick and efficient. The restaurant manager was behind the counter and was super friendly and made it a very pleasant experience. Will certainly come back!!

I will never eat at this store again. The manager / staff are very rude/useless. I ordered my standard order and went to check out. However, the manager said that the promo was no longer going on even though it was advertised ON THEIR WINDOW with an ending date of 08/21/10.

I asked for a different sandwich, but was given and billed for the one I requested and for one I did not order. I gave the extra to my driver, but I probably wont return here again given the difficulty in taking the order.

Quiznos is becoming harder and harder to find, this place is very clean, food is fresh and tasty... I get the Mesquite chicken on jalapeño bread, it is the bomb... will definitely be going back.

At lunch, this spot is quick and not too crowded. Consistently good food, in line with other Quiznos locations. Each time, the manager and staff is attentive and accomodating.
