I went to Panera and was very excited because the food is always very good! I ordered using one of the kiosks and was told that my order would be ready at the Rapid Pick-Up section. I waited for 15 minutes until I went up to ask where my order was and was told it had been ready at the Pick-Up counter. I was annoyed because I had waited for a while and was told to pick it up at a different place than where my order ended up being. It wasnt till I got in the car that I realized that they had forgotten the French bagguette that I ordered. I wasnt about to go back in because I wasnt even given a receipt. I was very disappointed with the customer service, because it is normally good.

This is a good place to have a quick tasty and healthy bite to eat. It is not as cheap as a regular fast food place, but the food is good. It is nice to sit around the fireplace here in the winter. They also have free WiFi so it is a good place to do some work also. Signing up to the rewards program sometimes gives some great rewards. I had the ability to pick up a free bagel every day for a month. Just not given 5 stars as if you came here every lunch it would get expensive.

Im not sure why this place is so busy, it must be the location because the service is not very good. On multiple occasions I have ordered food and paid only to find out they dont have that food available.. then Im told to pick something out of the same price. Why offer food if you dont have it... I would advise avoiding this company or at least this location. The employees dont appear to wear hair nets around the food. I think the Wilmington location is much cleaner.

I like Panera Bread Cafes. Unfortunately this particular cafe in North Andover is dirty and the buzzers almost never work. The place is usually littered with napkins and pieces of food under the tables. For some unknown reason last 3 times I went there the buzzer did not buzz and I waited for quite a long time before realizing that my food was ready (this place is very crowded and noisy so it is difficult to hear people preparing your food scream your name).

The pager didnt work so our food sat on the counter for several minutes. The "grilled cheese" was more like melted cheese on warmed bread, which was a bit soggy by the time we got it. The apple (chosen instead of the yogurt) had bruises all over it. Todays lemonade was sour. However, on the good side, the creamy tomato soup with croutons was as good as ever.

Coffee was not hot. Woman at the register was totally distracted by employees at the other end of the counter, while I stood there for several minutes waiting to order. Finally ordered, then her attention was again on the other employees, while she just held my change blindly in front of her. Im usually quite generous with tipping, but left nothing this time.

The staff is friendly and the food is simply delicious. Beyond that, I visit rather infrequently because its overpriced. The seating is also a bit challenged and I feel like everyone is on top of me. How some people can sit there and work on their laptops while loud conversations are going on around them is beyond my comprehension.

very delicious bread bowl soups, many things freshly made and baked; pretty wide selection I like the fireplace there... SO WARM .... also has free WiFi and some outlets somewhat expensive, but not more expensive than say, A Dennys or a Friendys... Pastries are very well priced at $1.50 - 3.50 or so

Food is alright. Not sure why people rav about this place. Sure its a huge step up from your typical fast food but from a general restaurant experience its just average. Sometimes drinks taste like soap. This is for casual dining and business meetings. Definitely not a date spot.

Food always the best... but Sundays are a disaster on queues. ..think management should consider having someone fast on the sandwiches and panini .. had to wait for 20 minutes....was 5 minutes long time ago...what happened??

Used the rapid pick up service...ordered the night before for a 9:30am pick up the next day, arrived and the order wasnt ready. Had to wait until 9:50am for the staff to finish making and packing the order. Not so rapid.

Always love the food. There is never enough seating. Yesterday supposedly my name was called even though I was standing there, buzzer never went off either and waited such a long time for my food. Very frustrating.

Honestly- the slowest, most inaccurate Panera Ive been to...live round the corner and is a desperate fix for dinner but they always screw up something. Hate coming to this one.
