Its the principle!!!! Horrible customer service!!!! I ordered through the drive through and asked for no sour cream on my order, I cant eat it! Got home and guess what was all over my taco salad? Sour freakin cream! So, I get back in my car, upset because I dont feel well at this point. Drove to the same store and went inside this time to get it corrected. As soon as I walk up to the register the lady behind the counter looks at me like "what the **** do you want" then looks back down at the register and asks "how can I help you?" Really???? I give her my receipt (that says NO SOUR CREAM) and tell her I cannot eat sour cream and need my order remade. She says ok, takes the food and comes back with a correct version of my original order then says "here you go, sorry about that" .... *SIGH* If I hadnt worked in customer service for half of my life maybe I would let it go, but I have and still do. There was no acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused, no regard for the mistake made, no customer service or any empathy shown. Just "Here you go, sorry about that".... OMG! Never again!! I can handle a mistake, its how you correct that mistake!! Its the principle. If it were to happen again, its ok with management... And I am the one left feeling like "I knew I shouldve never come here in the first place." I dont like to waste my time and I try not to make stupid decisions. I know what is definatetly NOT important at this location, the customers! I wont waste my time and I will let everyone I know not to waste their time here either!

One of the worst Taco Bell locations. I have a three strike rule, any one business is allowed to mess up 3 times before I give up on them entirely. Strike 1 was when they got my order completely wrong a few months ago. But I figured that mistakes happen and let it slide. Strike 2, Taco Bell is in the middle of an ad blitz pushing their new breakfast menu and I figure that I would give it a try. I pull up to the drive thru and sit there scanning the menu for a solid 5 minutes before realizing that they dont even have the breakfast menu listed. Strike 3 happened the other day when I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a medium coke. They informed that they dont have coke so I asked for a dr. Pepper. Which they said that they no longer serve. Which in Texas is tantamount to heresy, but it is what it is and I settled for a Pepsi . Until I pull to the window and the guy didnt even get the quesadilla on the order and I was stuck with a Pepsi that I didnt even want that much. After this repeated dedication to poor service and insistence on providing unsatisfactory experiences, I urge anyone reading this to visit the chick fil a Or jack in the box next door. If you really want Mexican fast food then I would suggest taking the time to drive over to the taco Bueno at 635 and MacArthur or the the taco cabana at 635 and belt line. Despite being less than a 5 minute walk from my apartment, I will never visit this Taco Bell location and I am less likely to visit any Taco Bell locations in the future.

I enjoy TacoBell and Ive visited plenty and some have been in bad shape but Ive never been to one like this. The eating area was ABSOLUTLY disgusting; there was not one clean table. There was food every where and it looked as if the tables havent been touched with a clean rag for days. There were steaks all over the tables and they had a weird smell. The food was also disappointing, I order two items and immediately became sick before leaving. As I was leaving I decided to speak to the manager about the eating area and told them that it was really dirty. The two managers I spoke to gave me a judgemental look as if to say "who is this guy". I made sure to approach the managers politely and professional and neither returned the demeanor of any professionalism. They made it seem like me walking up them was more of a burden even though I was trying to help. Even though my job is right down the street I have decided to never attend this Taco Bell and am very tempted in to finding an inspector to go to the restaurant.

It was a horrible experience to say the least. At first, they took my order and then after 5 mins of waiting, they informed that it is not available. When I asked about it. The guy, who was serving simply just said that he was not aware. He did not even say sorry. When I asked to talk to the Manager, his Manager showed up after 15 mins and pretended that nothing has happened. Both of them were totally rude to us. I gave 1 star because theres nothing less than one. Otherwise I would have given negative rating.

So I got in line and ordered the new double chalupa box. Not only did I have to repeat myself multiple times to make sure the order appears correct on the screen and sat in the drive thru for a good twenty minutes after ordering with literally 2 cars a head of me but when I finally got my order home I had 5 burritos instead of my double chalupa. Dont get me wrong, the burritos are great and Im sure I paid less than I should have but it was disappointing to not have my chalupa.

Fourth time Ive stopped at this locations. Different days or the week and different times of day. Each time I waited in the drive thru for 15 to 20 min. No apologies for the wait. Not even a hello. Then they never ask you which sauce you want. They just hand you the bag and try to close the window. You have to stop them and tell them you want sauce. I would bet most everyone wants some sauce with their Taco Bell!

We just visited the taco, she gave our order to some one and she dint replace our order. Worst ever manager i have seen, when you maintain a big food court this way you people must check the recipt before giving the order to customers. Actually i want to give zero stars but this doesnt allow me to do that. Worst ever service and responce from the staff.

This taco bell crew of January 30th 2017 around 8:30pm doesnt know customer service, and the cashier of the lobby was changing the trash and as soon as I came in he gave me a dirty look, if I was a mystery shopper this location would be the worst

Never ordered off the Pizza hut menu, but the Taco Bell side is solid. Only have had 2 mixed up orders. 1 was corrected while the bag was being handed to me, and the other was a wrong soda, which was also corrected quickly. Solid taco bell.
