Be careful when coming to this location. My sons baseball team had a game and decided to come here after their game. We walked in at 9:05 pm and the store hours state they close at 9:30 but we were informed the "lobby" was closed even though the store had the open sign on. As soon as we walked out they turned off the light and locked the doors. I guess the kids running the store had a party to get to. I am glad they lost out on $300-$400 in sales for the entire team. If they have this kind of customer service they obviously do not care about their customers so I can only imagine what kind of "care" they take with their food.

Im a frequent visitor to Chicken Express and have never had any issues but I have to say this one really went above and beyond on customer service. The young man behind the counter was pleasant, had amazing manners and overall an amazing demeanor. The food was delicious as always and the overall atmosphere just contributed to my pleasant experience. I definitely will be returning. Keep up the good work!

I always love ordering fried pickles and Freddys and chicken express are the only fast food chains I know that make them. Love chicken express and love Freddys. Ive only ever visited once at this chicken express, but the staff was friendly and the drive thru was fairly quick.

OMG THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!! Food was phenomenal the place was spotless. My only complaint is we dont have any in Southwest Florida where I live. I cant wait to come back so I can eat there again LOL

I normally love chicken express but this location does not live up to the name. Everytime I come here, they leave out part of my order. Been 3 to 4 times and never received a correct order!

The grease is through the roof. Its good if youre into that, and I mean it is fast food so I guess it makes sense. Not the best chicken Ive had in my lifetime but its good.

Its not a guilty pleasure, its just a pleasure. I prefer the chicken tenders to there bone in chicken. The batter is what makes it. It tastes like crispy biscuits.
