Horrible. Avoid at all costs. It had to be 85 degrees in there when I walked in. I ordered a three tender dinner. They pulled them out from the heat lamp and they look like they had been there for hours. I tried one and couldnt even bite into it it was so old. I took it back up and asked them to make fresh tenders for me. They agreed and started to make them. I was shocked to watch the clerk take the tenders from my tray and mix them back into the basket under the heat lamp. I watched her as she thoroughly mixed them back into the group instead of throwing them in the garbage where they belong as they had been in my mouth! I called the manager over and told him what had happened. He told her to take them out and she took out the first three in the tray to throw them away. I explained to him that I watched her mix them in and that there was no way she could tell which ones were mine. I demanded my money back and said that I would not eat here. He then told her to throw out the entire tray. FYI Im all for minorities contributing to the workforce. However all of these employees spoke the same language and appeared to be family. the clerks broke broken English to me and none of the rest of them speak seem to speak English at all. I will not be back to this location!

Never write reviews especially for fast food places but this was the worst service ever! This was my first time going to this location last night and the guy said he had NO mild chicken and only had spicy..well I couldnt feed my son that so I left to go to another place to eat but then I decided to go back and two cars were infront of me and when it was my time I kept saying "hello" only to get no answer and when I pulled up to the window I saw a manager speaking to his staff! Someone could have at least said "sorry we are closed!" Very poor service if your going to stay open during your business hours you should have both options of chicken mild and spicy why would I pay full price for something I dont want makes no since!

Twice within the past week, between my daughter and my family, we have been served UNDER COOKE chicke. The "manager" said the first time that they were having problems with theirfryers. Tonight I was toldby a different "manager" that sometimes when the peices of chicken are large it may cnot be thouroughly cooked. I contacted Popeyes customer service dept. They are pretty much "we are sorry go screw yourself" I have also contacted their corporate in house counsel to inform him (Sonny Cohen) that I will be callingthe Denton County Health Dept. as well as the Texas Dept of Health. As we all know under cooked chicken can cause severe health situations.Especially with the elderly and children.

They forgot half the stuff I ordered and I had to repeatedly ask for them. They didnt ask me about dipping sauce until I was at the window then proceeded to charge me $4 to have gravy as a dipping sauce. It used to come in the box free now it costs$2 each?? Thats insane. Terrible service and nickel and diming their customers. I wont go back to this one. Edit: got home to discover they gave me Cajun gravy instead of cream gravy like I ordered. Should have checked it knowing how incompetent they were.

The chicken is very good if you get it when its fresh. That being said, I have twice had to go inside after leaving the drive thru to return awful food. Im not so much concerned with the managers English skills, as I am with his apparent willingness to knowingly serve a bad product. The employees also seem unaware of the promotions the store is offering, and consistently overcharge if I order one of the specials.

Staff cant understand English. Small portion for what you have to pay. Looked like a childs plate. I ask for a biscuit to go with my meal of fish and coleslaw. They said I didnt qualify. When you take the breading off the fish there is hardly any fish.If we had seen the Jasons Deli across the street we would have gone there because they understand portion size.

This particular visit was not good. My husband didnt get what he ordered and all of our chicken strips were cold. More than half the fries were hard as rocks. There were only 3 people working on Friday evening so it also took a long time to get anything even sauce since they didnt give us any to begin with.

If I could give them no stars I would. On eof the slowest and most lost employees at this location. Nobody knows whats going on and orders are wrong back to back. Before my order, 3 other orders were wrong in a row and then mine was too. Super slow service.

The manager cant even speak english. He ignored a guy when he asked to speak with him. The other employees said he couldnt speak english. We waited a very long time for our food as well. This place is nasty!!!!!!!

Very, very slow service. No napkins. No soap in the bathroom. The employees were arguing when we got there. The girl that served us was rude. Food was okay.
