We used to love this golden chick but after the service we recieved last night we will never eat there again! We asked for our order a specific way which we order it every week that way. The order was wrong we go back and ask if they can fix it they say no then we asked for our money back, the cashier and the manager were beyond disrespectful. The manager said that we would not be satisfied with their service and had one of the worst attitudes I have ever seen from someone who is supposed to be management. The cashier even told us to F*** off. We werent rude or nasty to them until they started being that way with us. Corporate office has been contacted and i certaintly hope they take action. Having management act the way they did last night to your customers is inexcusable.

Ive had their tenders catered before and loved them. This is my first time going into a store. The TV playing has obvious screen damage, so that wasnt a great first impression. I ordered the tender sandwich, which looked incredibly beat-up when I unrolled its paper wrapping. Two strikes for aesthetics, but only pleasant surprises after that. The sandwich is actually in a biscuit, not a bun (it looks like a bun but is clearly biscuit dough!), and it has a buttery honey-mustard sauce in there. Very tasty and incredibly filling! The biscuit/bun was a little doughey, but was cooked enough to not be considered raw or undercooked (so just not quite enough for my tastes). Id say they were a solid 4 if not for the damaged tv and unattractive presentation of the food.

They charge extra for every little thing when the prices are too high for the quality of food you get I will take my money somewhere else its obvious they dont want it after trying to charge me for a cup of water after I spent $20 on food so they can keep the $.50 cents and loose my $30 a week there you have it great business keep up the bad work..........

The chicken was good, fresh and moist. The sides were real rough, never had mash potatoes I didnt like until here. The mac and cheese was the worst performer, soupy and lacked taste, needed the addition of anything remotely close to real cheese. For gas station chicken it didnt even make the cut for emergency food. The rolls were good.

Wont go back there anymore I told them I wanted a side of corn fritters with my meal and they told me that I couldnt have corn fritters as a side ii told them that they was on the menu and I wanted them and the lady got hateful and told me I couldnt have them so I left

Had their Southern Fried Catfish platter and it was great! The mashed potatoes and cream gravy are also fantastic and the hot yeast roll is amazing. Plus they have fast and friendly service to boot! Ill be coming back for some of their fried chicken for sure.

Overall, it is good chicken. But I have had some really bad, dried out breasts. I mean almost inedible. Terrible. But for the most part it is good. It is together with a Shell station and has almost no parking. I still go from time to time. Dean

Good chicken here. Really good Iced tea. The chicken strips are always fresh, too. Affordable. Friendly folks work there every time Ive been in. In same building as the 7-11! (p.s. the car wash at the 7-11 is horrible. avoid!)

Ran out of buns the night before thanksgiving, but they gave them to me on my next visit, so thats good. Employees are ok, maybe they are too tired by night to give you a smile. The chicken and sides are tasty.

Someone used my husbands credit card number to order food here. They didnt have the card but the stolen number. You guys manually put in credit card numbers and dont look at an actual card? Poor business.

Good food, and fast service. The only thing that keeps this from being a perfect five is that its occasionally too busy and crowded that the dining room gets a little messy.
