Ordered two three piece wing special 20 minute wait on the wings because they have none ready no they had two pieces ready I asked cashier what is going to be done to make it worth my while besides getting good fresh cooked chicken was referred to the manager who said hold on a minute Randy never said another word to me looks like I have to find a new location whenever Randys there because a simple apology sorry for the wait would have done got my two orders after 23 minutes thanks Randy xxxxxx plus no ketchup really

I ordered a family meal and it took over an hour to get it made due to my order getting skipped. Normally the manager would offer to do something nice to atone for their sins but Mr. Jerk Punk-Man (not his real name but more or a summation of his personality) offered nothing, not even to say "Im sorry". When I asked if there was anything he could do to make up for it he turns his head and says "I really dont know what else I could do..." Really? This place is slowly turning into Waffle House.

Went to this location on a Sunday evening at 6:45pm. Was in line to order and the 4 people in front of us left without ordering. I ordered the 2 oclock catfish, and the service counter person told me it would be 12 minutes. I then ordered the 2piece dark meal and my husband did also. We were told it would be 18 minutes for that much chicken. Four pieces of chicken and they dont have it. Left without ordering.

Food was hot and fresh, yeast rolls were delicious, small cubed ice was a nice touch for the drinks. Great customer service, the girls were nice and friendly. Only two concerns were how slick the floor was with grease (never use same mop bucket for the front as the kitchen) and the many gnats in the bathroom. Food was great, but just okay when it comes to upkeep.

The chicken is good but I come here mainly for the Dublin Dr Pepper. Chicken Express is one of the only two companies authorized to distribute it on tap. It saves me from having to drive down to Dublin at least. Large drinks are $1.

I love chicken express but this particular location i suggest you go inside instead of the drive thru. Its a long wait either way you go but at least you can taste the tea before you go ( here lately it has been tasting awful).

It SHOULD NOT take 35 min. to get a single cars order. Ive been in line for almost an hour and Im the SECOND car in line..... If yall hate your job, then just quit, dont take forever just cause you dont like what you do.

Really just went got chicken tenders and their sweet tea. Their sweet tea is do sweet and cold and they have that sonic ice and not McDonalds ice all hard and big nobody want hard ice w want small and crushable ice.
