I havent been here in a while, as everyone who works here always seemed to be in a bad mood and took forever preparing food orders. I was in the mood for Popeyes and decided to give it another shot: this was a mistake. I got there and waited in front of the counter- no line- for 15 minutes. There were two women whom were waiting for their orders, and in the time I was waiting only one got theirs- and it was wrong on top of it. I finally couldnt wait any longer for my order to be taken at this "fast food" restaurant, as I was on a lunch break of 30 minutes, and needed enough time to get back to work. To top everything off, the kitchen was a mess and there were flies everywhere. I like Popeyes, but this location needs to be overhauled or shut down.

*Dont waste your time here! Actually going to Louisiana would be much easier.* If you actually get your food, it tastes okay. However, ordering through the drive through is challenging to say the least. Ive been at all times of day and the results are always the same. Theyre always either "out" of whatever you want, the person taking your order is unable to communicate (either due to language or intelligence issues - Ive experienced both with them) , or you dont make it home with half the things you ordered. Its my own fault for going there so many times in the hope that at least ONE TIME theyll get it right. Ive had to just abort my order and leave because the person is so inept. We wont ever be back.

*** Click on the website for this location (on Google Maps) for online coupons *** Food was prepared well, dining room is gorgeous (with caveats), service was fine (but after this last visit; also with caveats). I usually use the drive thru at this location and the experience has been consistently good/quick. But this last visit I decided to dine in and my experience was a lot different. While there was a line, it took me about 20 minutes to get my food from the moment I ordered it. The remodeled dining room is beautiful, but there were quite a few messy tables here and there. But in the end, my food was delicious. So while there were problems, in the end I left satisfied.

We went there at 9:45 in the drive thru and they are open until 11pm they told us they are out of chicken and it will take 20 mins for them to make it. I said ok fine we will wait but I want to order it and he said again we are out of chicken. I then told him, you are a chicken place make more chicken, I am willing to wait. He then said that he will take my order. During this wait my son needed to go to the bathroom so lucky the lobby was still open and we could go but the bathroom was so nasty with papers all over the floors and it was to the point we walked out. I will not be returning to this location they were so rude and acted like they didnt want my business

Just got the 12 piece, chicken only, half spicy half not spicy. The pieces are ridiculously small, the chicken is DRY like its been there a long time. And the "spicy" isnt spicy at all. I normally dont bother with leaving negative reviews. I just dont go back to a place if I have a bad experience. But this chicken is so bad, I had to say something! Absolutely terrible. And I can see from the other rebiews that other people arent happy either. Upper management obviously knows about this and does nothing about it. How awful is that? I dont think Im going back to this location. Ill give others a try, but not this one. Very poor job.

Would give 3.5 if I could. Service is a gamble; I havent experienced any rudeness or long waits but I know a few people who have. I never go through the drive thru here, and that seems to be where a lot of the problems are. I come here pretty often as its the only popeyes nearby, and the food has always been hot and fresh. theyve gotten my order wrong once or twice but always fixed it without issue. I was here a few weeks ago and the ice machine was broken; here again now, and its still broken but they let me know and gave me ice from the back. Seems like service has been improving and they may have hired a couple more people.

The staff was embarrassingly rude and harsh to the team member serving us our food. Sure, he took 8-10 minutes to get our food together, for what started as a drive through order and wound up with us going inside to pick it up. (And even then, the order was all wrong, we had to come back to the store to correct it, and they offered nothing for the trouble.) But still, the blatant disrepect shown by his colleagues just made me feel bad for the guy. Also, my father said Popeyes normally gives good portion sizes, but the cook was on mini-mode that day - we were served tiny pieces of fish & chicken. Never going here again.

have the worst rating for this popeyes on the face of the earth ! Ok this tops all bad ratings , why in the heck did i order chicken legs and 2 of them had 2 big bites taken out of them ! ..IT WASNT PIECES OF CHICKEN MISSING ...NO I MEAN SOMEONE GRABBED THE CHICKEN LEGS BEFORE THEY PUT IT INTO MY BOX AND TOOK A BIG BITE OUT OF THEM. I DIDNT REALIZE IT UNTIL I GOT HOME THAT SOMEONE HAD DONE THIS . THE LADY WHO TOOK MY ORDER WAS LAUGHING HYSTERICALLY ADN I DIDNT KNOW WHY. UNTIL I GOT HOME ,,BEWARE OF THIS POPEYES THEY WILL VIOLATE YOUR CHICKEN AND YOU AS WELL

I strongly suggest drive-up rather than sit-in because you get the food a lot quicker. You can then park and go in to enjoy the recently redecorated interior. For some reason dine-in takes much longer for the food to be served. The shrimp i had were small but tasty. The spicy chicken was well seasoned but tasted like it had been frozen too long. The ordering was difficult because there are two meals called the "Tackle box" so you must specify which one. All in all, it was "Louisiana fast" food but not "Louisiana good". I was not impressed.

I went to this place once a week for a long time. A few years ago it started getting really bad. Cold food, food ill-prepared, never had what you wanted...etc. We got to where we didnt go but occasionally. Then it got really bad and we quit going. Tonight we decided to try it again. The food was cold, the wings were cooked sometime last month and the red beans and rice was more like last weeks rice soup. Avoid this place at all cost. I rated it 1 star because I dont think you are allowed to rate it lower

Its pretty bad when you have to go to the Taco Bell next door to wash your hands! I had been working all day and needed to wash my hands before eating. I was greeted by what you see in the photo. I asked them for some hand soap so I could wash my hands and the kid behind the counter said, and this is verbatim, "we aint got no soap.". NASTY! How do the workers wash up before preparing our food if they "...aint got no soap"? Sounds like the health dept needs to pay this place a lil visit. Gross!
