Last week, I joined a friend for her birthday lunch at Bombay Café. I have been in this plaza multiple times, but never knew this place existed. The one thing you should know about this plaza is that it’s hard to park. I ended up parking a few buildings down because it was so busy. Once I got inside, found my table and went right to the buffet line. The first item I grabbed was the soup and then made my way to all the vegetarian options. I was happy to see how quickly they replaced the food. There was very minimal time that anything selection was left empty. My favorite choice from their line was the fried vegetable thing near the soup. I also really enjoyed the eggplant dish too. A little of that eggplant mixed with some fresh naan bread was amazing. I am so happy to have learned about this place. The food was really good and lots of vegetarian-friendly items to choose from. Before you go at lunchtime during the week, be prepared for the busy parking lot. You could also park passed the bank. It’ a long walk but it’s a safe bet.

Been there a couple of times now - always like to get balance. My experience here is hit and miss. Chicken tika masala twice, and a totally different taste each time, although neither was objectionable. Very dry and stuck together rice. Naan was good the first time, nothing more than a burned shell the second time. The service was more consistent, but consistently poor, unfortunately. The first visit the girl dispensing water was clearly overwhelmed, and no-one else was really there to help her. the second time, the staff were simply abrupt to the point of rude, and not at a busy time either. West of 95 is nice, so I may come here again for convenience, but in my opinion Sapphire is higher a more consistent and better quality experience for both food and service.

This is a clean, beautiful restaurant, and everything weve eaten so far has been great. We went to dinner the first time, and then decided to try the lunch buffet. The only reason Im giving Bombay Cafe 4 Stars is that the wait staff, while pleasant enough, really needs to be more attentive. We had to flag down a server to get drinks and refills, and I noticed during the lunch buffet that other tables who were seated after us received naan immediately, whereas our table was forgotten, and only received the naan after I questioned a server about it. It was brought out as we were finishing our meal. Despite this, we will be back, and hopefully, the service will improve.

I recently moved down here and I have been looking for a nice place to eat. Today, I came to this place and ordered the lamb vindaloo. Of course, more food was added by others and it was exquisite. They have this homemade plain yogurt that tasted just like my grandma makes it. Well, all in all, Id like to say that this restaurant has some of the best Indian food that Ive ever tasted.

I write this as eat the sunday buffet..Very disappointed Chicken tandoori was very dry..And run of the mill...Gobi chili was salty and oily..Soup had extra cream..Even the cucumbers were big ad seeded ...The curries wereat best average..The variety was not that much considering it is sunday and $15 buffet..Try it at your own risk

Fantastic food. Buffet is plentiful and tasty and not too spicy at all. Food ordered from menu can be spiced to taste. First thing they do when you sit down is poor water and bring totally fresh and hot out of the oven and delicious naan, for free. Great place.

Weve been driving once a week down to Fort Lauderdale to eat our favorite food since we moved to Boca. We are thrilled that they have opened a location here! Our curry is consistently full of delicious flavor. I highly recommend the lamb korma.

average food originally from Orlando but was visiting boca and found this Indian restaurant , tried the buffet . the rice were burnt, the butter chicken was just chicken in tomato sauce . neither me nor my wife liked the food .

Same as the other guy. Was a regular at the old location. New location is much more restaurant style (as opposed to cafeteria). If youre not into spicy, be aware, the default level is higher here. To me, thats a good thing!

Love this place! After trying it when it first opened I passed along how much I enjoyed it to my coworkers, now the entire office has become obsessed with it as well. Great food! Highly recommended!

Nice clean modern restaurant. Attentive service. Food is the best in a 30 radius. Unfortunate for them that they are in a very corporate area because they deserve more weekend business!

Some of the Beat Indian food in South Florida. I go there at least a few times a month. Friendly Staff and good service. Place is remarkably clean and the Lunch Buffet is excellent.

Waited and waited for Naan. The food is typically Americanized Indian. Not a lot of spice. However it was flavourful. Had to ask three times for Naan. Before I finally got some.

Ate there for the first time. The buffet was very tasty, a lot of dishes to choose from. Definitely the best in Boca. The Restaurant is immaculate and the staff is friendly.

The lady serving during evenings is rude. And expects the customers to leave early. They cant handle crowds as we waited for an hour to get our food after placing order.

Waiter didnt refill my drink once. Chicken tikka masala tasted like a tomato bisque...basically spiceless. Naan bread had the consitency of a crostini.

Good food. We had a group of 28 people. I would be careful how many dishes you order. You can always order more so dont over order.

Decent Indian buffet. Lunch prices are pretty high, probably because of busy location. I prefer other Indian places to this one.
