Love love love Chick-fil-a - but really find this one to be disappointing. The dine-in experience is usually a bit dingy. The playground is usually full of really big kids climbing on the exterior of the structure, or climbing on the poles and kicking the glass. Every single time we hit the drive-thru, we have found our food to be wrong, missing or simply cold. They pack it in a way that its hard to tell without completely unpacking everything what is in the bag, which is a bit difficult to do in the car. They also routinely throw the sauces in the kids bags- squashing items in there. The last three times we get home and find were missing food, we call, go back and they correct- but after a 20 minute round trip the things at home that were originally fine are now cold. Not to mention they never offered anything to apologize. This last time, after sharing my frustration to find for the third time Im having to come back up to the store to fix their mistake, the manager on duty offered a coupon (which will expire fairly quickly) for free sandwiches. Really!? I wasnt expecting for the entire meal to be comped, but maybe the items missing would have been a nicer gesture. Those coupons are typically handed out to pretty much everyone anyway, so it sure made it seem he didnt particularly care his customer was unhappy with his staffs service. Sadly, well probably be skipping Chick-fil-a in the future, or possibly driving to Corinth instead.

This morning, June 15th, 2017, I came into this wonderful Chick-fil-a and I was greeted by this wonderful young gentleman who goes by the name Barry. He treated me with the up most hospitality and made me feel at home. I was sitting and talking to my fianćee and Barry came to the table and engaged us in wonderful conversation about College, How we came to be soon to be marrieds, and chick-fil-a. Now, I have been in customer service in one way or another all my work history, and this experience i recieved today was worth more than gold. You cant go to a 5 star restaurant in receive the type of service and welcoming that I have recieved from Joesph in 20 minutes. I cant imagine how this chick-fil-a would be as successful if it wasnt for leaders like him. He didnt know me from Joe, and he engaged a stranger in the most humbling way. Team Leaders and Staff need to follow suit, because following someone with this personality and work ethic can and will sky rocket not just your work life but personal life aswell. This is my new favorite restaurant. I will travel long distances to have service like this, who knows maybe even make a friend in the meanwhile. I stopped in this morning to get breakfast for myself and my wife. After several minutes and having no less than 4 staff members look at me I left. No one said anything or even acknowledged my existence. I left. If I wanted to wait for anything I would go to the post office. I have consistently received poor service at this location. One time after ordering I waited 15 minutes and watched them hand my order to someone else. My son didn’t get breakfast that morning. My wife complained about it and was told that the manager would call me. It never happened. It was 2 years before I returned and things havent changed. Go to the store on 2499 or main street in Lewisville. Avoid the flower mound store.

Dont expect them to go beyond their regular duties! I pulled up to the drive-thru "pay window" at 9:59, when they closed at 10. They shut the lights off on me as I was trying to get someones attention to see if they would take my order! Obviously they didnt take my order. Not only did they not take my order, but they didnt even give me the courtesy of acknowledging me! Chick-fil-a as a company and a fast food restaurant are pretty good and I like what they have to offer, but dont expect anything extra from this particular franchise.

I eaten here many times and I have found the quality of food, cleanliness and service is not consistent here. For starters the chicken does not seem to be cooked right (I have noticed this in multiple visits) its chewy and soggy. Cant really describe but does not taste like chick fil- Chicken. Dont mean to just rag on this location but also seems dirty also. Its closest to my house but sadly my wife and I avoid this one and go to Corinth or Denton locations. I hope it improves because we love Chick Fil-A!

My cashier (Joseph) was one of the most memorable employees I have met. My buddy had a coupon for a free sandwich with the purchase of a medium drink. The cashier accidently gave him a free drink instead of a what the coupon stated. When my friend asked about this the cashier apologized for the confusion and gave him a sandwich AND fries for no charge. My friend and I will be coming to this Chick-fil-a more often, this act of kindness will not go unpaid.

This is the WORST CFA in the area. Dont go here. I get the salads and have visited CFAs all over the country. You get about 1/2 the salad and chicken in a salad than you would at any other store. Plus the ingredients are usually missing, wrong and/or wilted. I can tell when my wife goes there versus the other locals ones. Go to the one on Main in Lewisville, much better. Update, 10 months later....still the worst!

I worked here for about a year the place is very dirty in the back and every where. Im surprised we passed health code they did have a terrible fly problem. The management is about favortism and the owner is very cheap and greedy. And the food is always kept passed its timers almost about an hr after its suppost to be discarded. If I was a customer I would not eat at this location anymore. I do not find it safe

I love Chick-fil-A!! The line is always wrapped around the building but they move fast. Youre very efficient they dont just have one person outside taking orders but have two to make things run smoother. With it being so fast you would think they would mess up but I have never had a messed up order and the food its great.

this is one of the best run fast food restaurants...ev-ver. it is clean, good food. the hot food is served hot and cold foods are actually cold. management should be proud of the food that they produce and the staff they have trained. go there. i promise you will become a big chick-fil-a FAN. ncd

All chick-fil-a food is the same... what I appreciate this place is giving back to the community with their spirit nights! Oh what may seem small to non-parents their playground door can easily be opened by 2yr old without me getting up and down every 2minutes! Thanks guys!

Restaurant was very dirty and had a TON of flies. Food came out fairly quick but was missing my fries and cookie. Roger and Colin were very helpful. Amanda also provided very good customer service. Food tasted good as always but the cleanliness made me lose my appetite.

All though no one was rude this location did not had the usual chick-fil-a hospitality and the place was dirty. Every table had bits of food on it and every glass had finger prints. We will be back because of location but it is certainly not my favorite chick-fil-a.
