OMGosh! The BEST! I only tried the chocolate but it was exquisite!! (sp??) So moist and delicious with tiny chunks of chocolate. The icing was sinful! I normally make my own cakes but I actually went out and bought one of these for a friends birthday. Cant say enough. Also, I was running late and the store was closed. Only by 5 mins but they opened up and helped me regardless. Very helpful staff and an outstanding product. I was told that the red velvet was equally good but someone else (at my friends party) said the lemon was great and another said her favorite was the raspberry. I stuck with what Id tried at a sports banquet because Im not one to experiment when Ive found what I like.

Wonderful service and delicious product!! I bought their 1 dozen mini-bundt (cupcake style) for my church event and then my daughter & I had a chocolate mini bundt cake to eat for ourselves (who could resist, they look so delicious!!). We loved it, so moist, flavorful and the cream cheese frosting was outstanding. In addition to the delicious cake, I received FANTASTIC customer service. I had my 11-month old son & 4-year old daughter, my hands were full. The young lady opened the door for me, helped me pick a dessert & then carried it to my car. I just thought that was going above & beyond, outstanding customer service that you dont get much in this day & age. I will definitely be back!!!

The cakes were delicious but the presentation for my daughters wedding was a little disappointing. We ordered a 10 in and an 8 in cake and 6 doz. bunditinis. When we took the cakes out of the box they were lopsided and our florist had to prop them up so they wouldnt look so bad. They also had their Nothing Bundt Cakes advertising on both cake bottoms so we had to retrofit it with a doilie so it would look more like a wedding cake and not like an advertisement. If you want to order then for a special event there is no choice of color for the cupcake holders, you have to use the color of the month.

This place has gone downhill. The cakes are much smaller and we have been there the last 2 times. They are not good here. They even skimp on the icing. I have been here since they opened along with plano and Murphy and store in Frisco. The other stores are better and they have not changed. I discovered this place and bought gifts for other people because they were so good. This store has disgusting bundt cakes now. We wasted money on the shrinking -stinking bundt cakes. Go to other stores and compare for yourself.

Ordered a cake online for my co-workers birthday yesterday (7/27/17) for today to pick up at 2. Called the business to confirm they had received my order and to make sure it would be ready at 2:00 PM. They confirmed my order had been received. Went to pick up the cake today at 3:00PM and they stated they had no record of my order and no cake was made. After showing them my email confirmation they said they found my cake but had to make it while we waited. Super annoyed.

Outstanding service! Stopped in on a busy afternoon and was helped right away. I was quite surprised to see how much of a selection was left. Such a cute little shop with the ability to order online as well. My personal favorites are the lemon, chocolate chocolate chip, and red velvet. Definitely a great and tasty alternative to birthday cakes that no one really wants to eat, but feels obligated having a piece of.

Customer service was great. The bundt cakes too. We had the marble, lemon, chocolate chip, and chocolate turtle and they were all amazing. Very soft and the icing was NOT too sweet or anything. It was light and tasted great! I was very happy with my purchase.

This place is phenomenal! Love the fact that you can order online at anytime. The service at the McKinney bakery was awesome and the cake was delicious! Ordered a birthday cake on one days notice and all was delivered as promised. Rockin! Slam dunk!

I ordered the cake online, and wasnt really sure what to expect. Picked it up a day in advance, and the next day the cake was absolutely delicious. Very fresh. And it looked just like pictured on their website. Definitely will be ordering from again.

I heard about this place and have been looking for a good red velvet cake. I was a little sceptical because all the other bakeries fell short, however nothing bundt cakes deliveried. The cakes are tasty and the staff is great.
