I preface this by saying Ive visited Wing Stop several times while living in the Bay Area of San Francisco. Always was good and was super excited when one arrived here in Mobile. Pros: super friendly staff, quick service. Fries are also good. Fresh cut and both the parmesan and fry seasoning options are really good. Cons: ordered the boneless wing combo so we were able to sample different sauces. Garlic parmesan was an actual sauce out west, similar to something BBW has. This was literally garlic, parmesean, and oil/butter. No sauce at all. Maybe fine for fries but not wings. Teriyaki tasted chemically. Honey BBQ and Hot Buffalo were good. Lastly, the chicken, while cooked and not pink, felt raw. Very tough. Unless this location just totally missed the mark, Ill be spending my wing money elsewhere

They are more like a 3.5 but they have to get some consistency between the folks cooking the wings. Sometimes they are great and sometimes meh. Their Cajun flavor taste better than their traditional hot buffalo sauce. I dont care for their regular fry seasoning due to the sugar you taste. I suggest getting the cajun fry seasoning instead. Pro tip: tell them you want your wings cooked extra well done....thank me later. If you want your fries crispier tell them to do the same with those. Overall you cant beat it if you get a craving for decent wings in Mobile at 11-ish p.m. on the weekend because their open till midnight.

We ordered the 20 wings/2 fries/2 drinks for $20. It was a great deal and we got to choose 4 sauces for our wings. I chose lemon garlic and mango habanero. The wings were cooked well, nice and crispy but the sauces were too salty for my taste. I tend to stay away from rubs because I dont like things salty tasting. I dont expect salty in a sauce but they were. The fries were ok. They werent too crispy. The loaded fries were better. There was something on the fries that tasted a bit sweet. I didnt like it.

So I was super excited about eating here, but was disappointed :( fries were good if they werent soggy... but their "cheese fries" are a basket of fries with a side of fake dipping cheese sauce. Not good. I got the boneless wings... guess I should have tried the traditional wings. DONT get the Hawaiian sauce if you go but the mild buffalo was good. Probably better on traditional wings. Maybe I can tried it at a bad time :(

Over greasy wings, its like they went out of their way to make the wings greasy. Wing flavores that I have tried on both visits were sub par at best. Veggies consist on massive soggy carrot spears and rubbery celery. Fries are not prepared correctly. In order to season a french frie it must be placed in cold water to cause the potator to suck up the seasoning. They had no flavor. Wait was bad both times.

The wings really are not good. They get a 2 because they are super friendly. I tried mango, lemon pepper, and plain. The food just does not taste good at all. Oh the blue cheese dressing is super runny...gross

Why would you not offer dipping suace with a 20 piece chicken wing?! No sauce came with our 20 piece wing order and it was a extra .89 for each sauce.
