Dining in has been fine but beware if going through the drive thru. They are apparently incapable of getting an order correct. Three times in a row I have had problems, from getting the order wrong to missing items in combos and others that I paid extra for. The last time I asked for cream gravy for the dipping sauce and instead got ranch, and I despise ranch. I know they are both white, but come on! Unfortunately I didnt discover the problem until I got home and it was just not worth it to go back. After this third time, I finally called to inform the manager of the repeated problems and she took my name and phone#/email and told me that the owner would be contacting me in a day or two. Well it has been about a month and Ive yet to be contacted. Looks like they dont value their customers very much, and I will be going elsewhere for my chicken.

Not perfect but nothing worth taking a star for. The place is nice and cool on a warm summer day. The cashier was polite and greeted me with a smile and pleasant attitude. I got a slim plate and side of fried pickles. The dipping sauces seemed very mass produced but not bad in flavor. The fries were good and so was the chicken, the whole plate was a little under seasoned but it being a food meant to dip that wasnt a problem at all as there was plenty of sauce. The pickles needed to drain a little longer before placed into the container- no big deal, they were still pretty good. I will come back again. Thanks for a good meal on a long day.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Not impressed and wont order from here again. Food and service was not good. Toast isnt added for orders through Uber Eats so that information is wrong through the app. Also, theyll cancel items from your order and not let you know, like the 2 gallons of sweet tea I ordered. Chips are gross, chicken is dry, fried mushrooms are soggy. Maybe they should think about not delivering if their food isnt that great.

Carlos C greeting made it much more than a fast food experience. Very personable and amazing customer service. The crispers tossed in mango habanero (suggested by Carlos) were perfect and the fresh Mac n cheese was amazing. If you stop in say hi to Carlos you will not regret it Oh and try the chicken also

I ordered the 8-wing platter & fried pickles to go. The order took 5 minutes, it was made fresh to order which I appreciate! The wings were good (naked, not breaded!) Along with fries & toast? They didnt get the 5th star is because of the seasoning salt on the fries & the fried pickles, it was too salty!

They are the slowest place Ive ever been. Plus their chicken is really dry. Both of the times Ive been there it has taken over 20 minutes to get through the drive thru with only 3-4 people in front of me each time. I will never be back here. Id rather go to the chick fli a across the street.

My husband and I split the hungry basket (seven tenders and fries). The tenders are juice yet crispy. The batter used is light and doesnt dominate the flavor. I recommend the cayenne ranch dipping sauce. I was tickled to find that they have not only sweet tea but also peach and raspberry!

Great Chicken Place! Food is always fresh, and service is always friendly! Chicken Strips were hot, crispy & tender, fries were fresh and fried perfectly. Dining area is very clean and well maintained. Just what you want...fast, friendly and delicious.

Probably my favorite fast food chicken place. The chicken and waffles are perfect - in fact I think the amount of breading on the chicken is perfect here, and the grilled chicken isnt too shabby either. Service is top notch!

Love the fresh food here. This is clean fast food place that sells beer and has a little patio out front. I dont mind a little bit more for fresh and good quality ingredients instead of fillers and who knows what.

Great chicken!!!!! My dad got the chicken and waffle and he loved it. I got the tender basket and I ate all the chicken before I touched the frys, that is a big deal because I love french frys. We will go back.

I would have given it a 5 but customer service is a huge thing to me and well I didnt think customer service was top notch if notched at all. The food on the other hand was awesome. Came out hot and fresh.

I like the chicken and waffles. Crispy and hot. The menu is pretty much just chicken, but its good. Better than fast food, not as expensive as a restaurant. Spacious, clean. Desserts in a mason jar.
