My $15 salad was delicious but the portions really need some work- super small for the price. My friends $13 salad was literally raw kale, some steamed broccoli, tomatoes, onions. All salads are $10-14 and you have to add in a protein for an additional $2-5. They also come on paper plates. Pretty sad when you consider the Whole Foods salad bar a great deal in comparison after recieving your food. The set up makes you think of it as a grab and go but the prices and portions are more in line with a sit down. Glad we tried it but dont think we will be back again.
Left Coast has great vibes, fresh food and really good smoothies and juices. I especially like the Jimmy Chang salad and the Kale Mary smoothie. My only complaint would be the prices are on the high side, especially if you add a protein to your salad. I was also super disappointed by the chai latte - it was just tazo chai mix and boxed almond milk. Disappointing for a place that makes their own almond milk. I really expected something more house made - especially for $5.25.
What an amazing addition to Chicago. I am always looking for a restaurant with GREAT food that is also HEALTHY, and Ive finally found it with this spot. All of the wraps I tried were amazing, my favorite being the Californian. The Arcadian salad with salmon is SO fresh and the flavors are incredible. Love the casual, west coast vibe as well. So happy Left Coast is in the hood!!
LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! It feels like you are in Los Angeles as the atmosphere is chic, relaxing and kid friendly! They have an amazing kids menu that is healthy and unique. My daughter loves to sit at her "special" table that is kid sized and playing with the magnets. I find coming here is more relaxing than most restaurants I go to.
I had been looking forward to trying Left Coast and really wanted to give 5 stars. I ordered the Montecito Hash. It was delicious but the sweet potatoes were undercooked and hard, while the poached eggs were overcooked. I am excited to come back and try more of their menu, especially the avocado toasts and the Arcadian Salad.
Spent $32 on two smoothies and a tostada to-go early in the morning, no one in line. My dog knocked a smoothie over immediately after leaving and the manager said "You are welcome to purchase another". I get it, just a little disapointed by the lack of hospitality on what would have been an easy and kind gesture.
I loved it!!!! I will definitely come back again. Service is great! Great for breakfeast lunch and dinner. Great music and great service!!! My waitress, Juliana was so nice and funny. I recommend the d o double g its for lunch or dinner. Its got great meatballs and spicy hummus sauce!!
Best healthy option in the area and an answer to prayer. Keeping up with the times. Ive had the Left Coast Acai Bowl, Offshore Oatmeal for breakfast options and theyre both outstanding. The grains are phenomenal too as a post-workout. Great food, great salads.
Thanks to everyone there for the great lunch today. I can really appreciate the effort to offer sustainable food as well as the thought put into serving the food on compostable dinnerware. I will be back as often as I can!
Great selection of light/healthy and vegetarian choices. Has a salmon and kimchi wrap that was excellent. Usually busy but more seating available than you would expect. A little pricey for what youre getting. Friendly staff.
Food is amazing! I live in California and was in Chicago for a work trip, so I had to try the California Love Wrap... it was delicious! Smoothies and everything else looked great too.. Im sure you cant go wrong
Great service, amazing food with incredible flavors. Great for a healthy post workout option other than protein bar. The Acai Bowl and California Wrap are go tos! You cant go wrong with anything!
Great healthy spot location. Its a little pricey but worth it, there are not very many healthy options around. The smoothies are excellent as well. There are a good amount of outdoor seating.
Holy Expensive, Batman! The food is generally good, using fresh ingredients but its really aggressively priced. I work in the f&B world, so I get it but I think even this is a bit high.
The food here is so delicious. It is whole, nutritious and very tasty food. Ive been here a bunch and have yet to have something I dont enjoy. We LOVE the MORNIN’ BUZZ smoothie!
I love this place. Great healthy food, cold pressed juices, smoothies and beer!! The avocado toast is my fave lunch/snack. Make your own smoothie. Your trip will be worth it.
Exactly what you want to eat if you want to eat something from CA. Also, the staff was very friendly and the playlist was spot on. Would visit again.
Very healthy yet very small portions. Carrot juice is also very expensive. 10 bucks. Prepare to spend 20 bucks to 30 and still be hungry. Very trendy.
What a discovery! Great addition to Lincoln Park. No need to go to SF for yummy, healthy food. The staff is amazing and the service even better.
Cool little hipster joint with healthy menu items and good smoothies. A little pricey but everything I tried was great. Interior was beautiful!
Montecito hash was AMAZING, and I dont say that lightly. Great mood and great environment! Will definitely be back.
The best acai bowl Ive had in the city. Everything is fresh and delicious. Quick service. The hash was amazing
Healthy food options with friendly service. The acai bowl is a great option if you dont need a ton to eat.
The food was good but I felt overpriced for what it delivered. On the plus side there is free iced tea.
Great food but just a little overpriced. I paid $12 for a small acai bowl. And $14 for a chicken wrap.
Great interior and atmosphere. The Acai bowl was way too sweet and you couldnt even taste the Acai.
I got the mighty mick and it was delicious! Hope to try some of the food on my next visit.
Great Place for coffee and food. Unique, fresh, and a restaurant Chicago needs more of.

The new go-to spot for a health lunch. A bit pricier that your average lunch ($12-15)
Incredible food options. Nice beer selections. Decent vegan and gluten-free options.
Very tasty and healthy food with a lot of vegetarian options! Nice outdoor seating.
Terrific, healthy "fast casual" food in a crunchy setting for an upscale price.
The Chronic wrap was better than N.W.A. getting back together at Coachella.
Everything is great from the ambiance to the food. New favorite spot.
Tastes surprisingly good while being very healthy. Nice environment.
Fresh and delicious. Everyone loves the Kale Mary smoothie.
Great food but prices are crazy high for what you get.
Great menu. Great surroundings. Whats not to like?
Best healthy food spot in Chicago, great ambience
Cute and cozy with great food and drink options
Awesome healthier food at affordable prices.
Healthy and filling. Smoothies are awesome
This place is dope. The smoothies are 100

Amazingly healthy with a great location.
Pricey, good food but not my favorite
