I did not have a good experience...at all. First they were very slow. Which would have been okay if our food was going to be fresh. We got our food and our okra and Fries were very fresh and hot the chicken was cold and seem to actually be Churchs Chicken not the Williams Chicken we were used to. I tried to call back and speak with the manager considering we are from out of town but no one has answered and I let it ring until eventually my phone timed out. I will never go to that one again!

Its Nasty!! Ive never seen ANYBODY! ESPECIALLY!! THE MANAGER.. Waste my food & pick it up & put it back in the bag.. Then got mad cause i didnt want it.. When i ask for cooperate number they game me a private pediatrician number. Thinking i came with the wrong person i returned a week later & the warmed up some old chicken & frys.. Ill pass

Very helpful & kind! I came in to get chicken for my neighbors whose wife/Mom just passed away. They helped me pick the perfect option of chicken & potatoes. Also gave me a drink & taster snack while I waited. I appreciate your kindness! Thanks! Ill definitely come back!

The were pretty good until the past few months. They have been slacking (running out of food & my last visit the liver I ordered was spoil). They need new management! Someone who cares about cleanliness and sanitation.

Do not even try.. literally threw away all the food I bought there. Have zero expectations from this place. Food just sucks..they keep you waiting long and use bad kinda oil in food is what I have experienced. Too oily ..

Took forever to get my food. They left part of my order out and had to go back. I had to wait on it and didnt receive any condiments.or anything to conpensate my time and gas while my food is at home getting cold.

The chicken taste weird. They had me to wait in the front for fries for about 5 minutes and when they finally brought my order it was not even a full order of fries

It sucked . We had lovers and gizzereds they tasted like old grease and they did not even offer gravy. The bathrooms were nasty and the dinning room area was dirty

It was very friendly the staff. A bit slow and reluctant to give condiments in modest quantity. Restaurant was fair not spotless. Chicken was hot and fresh.
