Can you give negative stars? Worst costumer service ever. My husband and I ordered online, then he picked up our order. When he got home we realized it was not our food and was not nearly the same value in terms of amount of food that we ordered. I called the store to inform them and was told that they already knew he picked up the wrong order and that he told them the wrong name, then proceeded to tell me another mans name. Pretty sure my husband knows what his name is and if you knew right away he picked up the wrong order why wouldnt you call the number we gave in our online order so that he could turn around and pick up the right food? I was told that I could receive a refund but that I would have to call back tomorrow when the manager was there. So I called the next day (Saturday) was told the manager was again not there and that I would have to call back Monday. To make things better, when I looked at my back account I was charged $30 for our order that we didnt get and another $20 for the food that we did not eat because it was stuff we didnt like. Food that was literally too spicy to be edible and that got thrown away. It is now Tuesday, my husband called again today to be refunded and was told that it was not possible to get a refund. So now I will have to call my bank and tell them about the fraudulent charges to my card and hope for a refund that way. We will NEVER be ordering from any Wingstop franchise again because of this poor customer service and you can be sure that I will be telling this to everyone I know.

I was reminded today why I dont like coming here... My wings averaged 10-30% chicken and 70-90% breading... I literally had one wing that had less than an 1/8" thick piece of chicken in it... Not to mention I was the only one there and I still waited 15-20 minutes to get My 10 wings... I didnt even have fries and now I feel like I have a Big grease ball in My gut... Very Disappointed... Sorry, wish I had something good to say...

Best fries. Not sure about those wing sauces though. Im not really a fan of any them. Get those fries cooked well done with extra seasoning and get your entree elsewhere and you will be all good to go.

Pretty good wings with varied sauces and rub flavors. Menu can be a bit vague about how many wings you are ordering for the money. Please offer an economy menu deal for a single person on a budget.

Ive been here twice. Both times the food and service were wonderful. Sauces for wings was good and fresh tasting. Veggie stix were also great quality. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Will be back!
