I purchased a number 1 with frys and a sweet tea a friend purchased 1 tender reg fry and 2 rolls. Well after driving off my friend started to eat her fries and they were cold and greasy so we turn around to get fresh fries while pulling up I check my food and find cold fries as well and my tea was so watered down i thought it was water. When we made it to the window the lady working the drive thru was a bit upset to say the least she took the food and closed the window so I had to get her atttetion again and once she opened the window I told her my tea was watered down also she rolled her eyes and walked away long story short cold fries and bad customer service I wont be back....

Roaches and TERRIBLE Service! SERVICE: I waited at the drive thru literally 20+ minutes for a number 1 and 6, and when I tried getting somebodies attention, theyd look away, laugh at one another and ignore me completely! Once I received my order (only 2 meals), I was missing food! I know its just fast food and not fine dining, but come on, you have to be a complete moron to mess up a 2 meal order! Roaches: Ive eaten inside before, and caught roaches crawling around my table. It goes without saying that I trashed my food and will never, EVER return to ANY Chicken Express!

Staff is very attentive from the moment you step in. 11am weekdays I have my tenders meal before Im done filling my tea. Speaking of...i get to ratio my sweet/unsweet tea to my liking at the self serve station, which is kept very clean. The napkins at the cashier throw me off...used to seeing them by the condiment area. Serendipity...hot...you know the little red package of seasoning mmmm...2 to 3 of them in the cream gravy to dip tenders, fries, fingers also keeps me going back for more.

My husband and I had to eat in the car today. First thing we noticed was they went "Bleach happy". It was so bad that my husband was getting a headache as we were placing the order. I have asthma, and I was sure that if we ate there my asthma would flair up. I should not have had to eat in discomfort because they think it is ok to use bleach knowing there are people in the world where cleaners like that could make someone sick..

This location has terrible service. All of the employees seem to be bothered to have to help you. Its almost as if they are all being forced to work here. The chicken is fine but they changed the fries, and now they are awful. I would avoid this location, or better yet find a Golden Chick. Two stars because the sweet tea still rocks.

Im there often in fact was there today and most of the time the service is great but today seams like they were more cornered with talking to each other with their backs to the counter the trays ont the trash cans were all over the place and trash was full. Come on guys I know yall can do better than that Ive seen it.

Consistently lousy service. Ghetto teenagers seem to be the only employees that they can get. Once we waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru and by the time we got to the window they had closed and didnt want to give us our order. Constantly act like customers are bothering them by being there.

The cashier taking my order didnt even bother to say hello or thank you, she forgets that she have a job because of customers, perhaps she wasnt trained well or she just choose not to do the job she is suppose to do, very bad experience, but worse was the wig she was wearing...

Its a Damn shame that they come on the speaker to take ur order,an then u wont hear anything else from them for a few minutes then they come back on the speaker and act as if they dont know what you have ordered, then they give you a order that u didnt order The first place

Honestly I love chicken express but everyone I go to either the chicken, side, or biscuit is cold and has been sitting. Never fails, but this location everything was hot fresh and extremely good. Made my day better actually being able to eat a warm biscuit.

The chicken of the day was two day old rebatterd. Water spills on the floor with no caution wet floor sign. And when the cashier was informed about it there was no sign of urgency to resolve the issue but a long unconcern look.
