I ended up paying almost $25 for a 5 piece chicken strip meal. They messed up my order. It was late in the afternoon and I didnt realize that the order was completely wrong until I got home. When I called the number on the receipt with my comments or concerns it was DISCONNECTED! Seriously?! Returning that evening was out of the question because it would have been a 45 minute deal so I saved the receipt and returned a couple of days later. I asked for the manager, I believe her name was Elisabeth, and I explained what had happened and her reaction surprised me. First of all no apology, secondly asking me why I had not returned that night as if I was a liar and trying to scam her out of free food. She said she would give me another 5 piece meal! What?! Either you believe me or you dont. Negotiating on what will make it right? I wanted to feed my family not myself. I wanted what I paid for not a run around from an inexperienced manager who has no idea what food cost vs. the cost of capturing a customer is. A General manager who cant seem to provide the correct phone number to its customers or resolve a single complaint. When presented with a reasonable person and a receipt with the time and date she didnt make a note of who was on drive thru for a coaching opportunity she reacted defensively not professionally.

Make sure to check your order. I ordered the butterfly shrimp, they gave me half butterfly shrimp, the other half popcorn shrimp, like I wouldnt know the difference. It was too late to go back because I was working. When I did go back, I spoke with the same woman who took my order. I told her I didnt want anything but to inform her of her mistake. She insisted I ordered wrong, the shrimp and chicken, which still made the order wrong. She just stared at me and then walked off. No apology. I was polite, I even spoke to her in Spanish. She just shrugged it off.

Great spicy cajun fried chicken! This place is always super clean, and the people are always friendly and the food is prepared fresh, hot and fast! We normally split the chicken between Spicy and Mild because my wife prefers the mild. I love it spicy and they did it just right with the percect crispy cruch! They also have some great dips and jelly. They have a Smokn Pepper Jelly that is out of this world when you put it on the biscuits! Oh yeah and DO NOT forget to try tbe Blackened Ranch Sauce...this is what ALL Ranch Sauce should be!

This Popeye chicken does not deserve a star I had to click on it just to post about this horrible place. First of all way to high in prices for what you get. My husband and I both ordered the 5pce tender meal. Food was cold as hell and it was dry very dry almost chocked trying to swallow it. Biscuits was cold cole slaw was bad. Call to complain about this horrible food and service the manager dont speak English.

Chick was very good. But the large coleslaw side was anything but the large size I have ever gotten before at a Popeyes. The container besides now being much smaller,was only filled 2/3 from the top. This occurred on 2/24/2017. Check you containers before you leave. I will never go to this location if I am anywhere close to another.

Ive always loved Popeyes biscuits and fries, its a serious weakness of mine. I ordered extra biscuits and they werent in my box to my disappointment after specifically asking if they were but since Ive only been here once I dont know if this is a recurring problem, i will update this review if I go back and have the same problem!

The blackened chicken strips were very good. The red beans and rice were good as well, but the serving size was very small. The container was half full at most. The biscuit was tasty, but a little dry. Judging from the other reviews small servings are an issue with this location. Well try the Roanoke location next time.

Food hot and flavorful. Price was too high for portion served. Three people working during lunch hour one at the drive up window one in the back, and one cooking and servicing the front counter. Can not see returning to this store . Drove 3 miles out of my way to get Popeyes only to be disappointed.

I buy chicken for the family at this store almost weekly. They have a great 8-piece managers special Monday - Wednesday, and they have always treated me well. They also ring up my purchases in a way that insures I get the best value for Money, and the chicken, biscuits, and Cajun gravy are delicious!

Sides were okay, biscuits were good, but the chicken was bland. Flavorless. Cooked adequately, but I might have been eating nearly anything. Cardboard. I ordered spicy. If this is what they imagine as spicy then they need someone from corporate to visit and arrange some training.

All I wanted was a chicken breast and try the new Magnolia chicken breast. Did not want sides. The employees could not figure out how to charge me just for chicken. So I left with no chicken and will never return to their new location that had zero customers.

This place in Keller is terrible. First time here. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. Sandwiches were not not warm. Bread is not soft. They keep the Ketsup and napkins behind the counter. Gloden Chick is 100x better.
