This is a mediocre diner. Ive been here many times, mainly for breakfast. The food was ok, not fantastic.The service was slow, but it was crowded since it was a Sunday morning. The waitresses were friendly. Its located off of W Bay Ave in Gunning River Mall..a strip mall. Ive been to better diners, but this is the only diner in Barnegat.

Probably one of my favorite places to eat for cheap, awesome food and a nice environment. The waitresses are all very pleasant, the food always comes out quickly and tastes great, and the decor is pretty classically diner-ish. If you get the chance, head over and try it at least once.

An incredibly pleasant experience!! Menu is extensive and far from expensive. Staff was accommodating and friendly. I honestly wish I knew this gem was here sooner! Barnegat Diner EARNED a new loyal patron today!! :-)

Was charged $7.49 for a two fried egg and cheese sandwich on a roll. More than overpriced, down right robbery. Tasted horrible, will never go there again.
