I eat here often. I gotten a few wrong orders at times and the customer service seems to be going downhill. On mar 3 2015 I pulled in the drive-through to place a to go order. Its was 949 pm and they close at 10pm so I waited a redhead kid look at my car then turned off the light to the Drive through at was 952 at this point. So I pulled at there was 2 girl and the guys the were avoiding I contact with me and trying not to look in my Direction. I hocked a few times and nothing so I pulled away and called the manger it was 955 she told me they shut down and she would have a talk with her staff over the issue. I was a manger if a customer called me at that time I would tell them to come back and I would make him whatever he needs. Horrible customer service not going back again. They wouldnt even give me the General managers name and some teenager call me back pretending to be a general manager

Always for gets something been there 3 times and have had 3 different problems. Ordered a number 1 and did not get a roll like asked, 2nd time took over 35 mins to get my food and there were lots of people just walking in and out, also at the same time person grabing the chicken also was dealing with the trash can on rollers laying over it just flat out nasty, 3 time service was fast food was cold like it was just pulled out of the freezer never again. I cant believe chicken express would let this place do this to the corp. name.

Worse experience ever from the drive thru service. "Edger" got my order wrong twice and acted like it was bothering him to fix it and kept raising his voice with me every time I repeated all I wanted was the Monday special! Then my food was just thrown in the box and again... irritated because I now asked for salt. Definitely wont be requesting this place at work for our Saturday lunches anymore.

Didnt order food from here but happened to get a flat near it. Pulled in and a working employee (didnt catch his name) was happy to help take the tire off and also put it back on after I got it fixed up the street. Tried to hand him some money for helping, but he politely turned it down. If it was you, and you happen to read this, thank you very much!!

Please save your money. I just left. One car in front of me in the drive-thru. I waited 18 minutes at the window. I saw the guy refilling the ice machine and stocking but never came to the window to take my money. I can understand being busy but two cars in the drive thru and an empty lobby?

This location has no customer service. I received the wrong meal (which just so happened to be a lot smaller) and they refused to fix it. Apparently having a receipt doesnt mean anything. I will not be returning to this location.

Great food and service. I have been to many of the Chicken Express restaurants in the Fort Worth and surrounding areas and this is my favorite by far. Also dont forget the spicy serendipity!

and service is good despite the fact all the staff seems to be teens. My food was always fresh and this location doesnt make you wait an unusual length of time for fresh tasting food.

Was there on cowboy game day and out of chicken breasts!!!!!! Was told it would be 15 minutes ... Come on you need to plan a lot better to keep customers coming back......
