Dont order online at this Panera. Went online the night before to order bagels for a morning meeting. Pick up for 7 am confirmed. Needless to say order was not ready and had to be done when I got there. Manager was not very helpful mumbling something along the lines of "our computer does this sometimes." Completely ignored the customer and did not even apologize for the inconvenience. Instead the next sentence she uttered was "next customer please." Totally rude and unprofessional.

Regular Panera fare. Nothing amazing, but exactly what youd expect. Quick service and hot food from a friendly staff. Not much else to say. This is your typical Panera. Beats Subway in quality and atmosphere.
