I was there this past Saturday. I rated it a 3 because I ordered my food and was told my food would take 8 mins to cook and I sat down to wait for it. 16 to 20 mins later no one said it was ready. Finally, I went up to the counter and the staff had no clue I was waiting. The topper was....after I got my food and sat down, I noticed they had the movie "50 shades of grey"on the tv! Not to mention I had my child with me.I walked up to the counter and asked to speak to the manager so my son wouldnt hear. She apologized and changed it right away. But then proceeded to come over to the table and explain why it was on by error. The last thing I needed at that point was for my son to hear this. I tried to brush her off at that point because my son is a preteen and doesnt need to know about this kind of movie. On a good note the food still was tasty and the restaurant was clean. Hopefully we dont have another hiccup there because we do love going to Panda.

Service was fast and the customer service was friendly and professional. Wouldve been a 4 Star rating but they had offered us fresh food instead of the remainder, which(in my opinion) provides a bit of insight on how they are trained in customer service.

Clean restaurant with friendly employees. They use low quality rice that doesnt microwave well if you have leftovers. I stick to the teriyaki chicken with no sauce while my daughter loves the orange chicken.

I know its fast Asian food but the last and first time I came it wasnt all that well, noodles were very dry and the orange chicken tasted like store bought, freezer burnt chicken. Use to love panda
